- There is a $40 per vehicle 'Facility Access Fee' collected by The Victorian Condo HOA from you directly at check-in for reservations up to 15 days are billed at $40. Please be prepared to pay this fee or they will deny you access to the property.

- This condo has a camera at the entry door. Maximum occupancy must be observed.

- Non compliance will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
