You’ll have the entire property to yourself, including a living room with a 3 seater & 2 seater sofa, a dining room with dining table seating 6 plus 2 stools and a spacious patio area—ideal for relaxing after a long day.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with a washing machine, clothes airer, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and fan oven. It also includes all the necessary cookware and utensils, such as Pyrex dishes, baking trays, and enough cutlery and glassware for up to 8 guests (including wine glasses and tumblers).

Parking is hassle-free, with a secure gated driveway that fits 2 vehicles and extra on-street parking.

Enjoy the convenience of being close to town, with one of Grantham's best fish & chip shops just 3 doors down.
