The unit itself is on the 3rd Floor of Building B and facing the amenities (pool area). It will offer guests accessibility to dining, shopping, and entertainment while connecting them to their work or business through business centres, banks, and office buildings.

One Queen bed and one pull-out bed (Sofa set) are available. Guests can use the resort-type multi-pool courtyard for a minimal fee of Php 150 per person.

Interaction with guests

Upon arrival, we will greet you and facilitate your registration as the guest. After all the administrative stuff, you'll have your total private access of the condo. Guests can come and go as they please and are on their own to run the unit.

The neighbourhood

The place is strategically situated five kilometres away from the international and domestic airports and near key developments such as Entertainment City (E-City), SMX Convention, Mall of Asia Arena, Blue Bay Walk, Resorts World, and Manila Radisson Hotel.

Getting around

Transport hub for buses, jeepneys, and taxis are available few meters away. There are elevated walkways towards the entrance of Mall of Asia from the Shell Residences area.
