Thank you for your stay and for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the location and the property, and we appreciate you choosing Paraíso for your vacation. For the benefit of future travelers, the listing description, photos, and bedroom layout clearly show that two of the bedrooms are private access ground-level suites , while the other two bedrooms are located in the main house. This unique layout is one of the features many guests enjoy, as it offers additional privacy and flexibility for larger families and groups.

This was a great place to stay. Took a lot of planning to coordinate airfare, Uber, shuttle, ferry and groceries but it all came together flawlessly. The vrbo was cute, nicely maintained, and had the private beach which was great. This location was known for its fishing off the dock (many boats came by and fished near here). Dolphins could be seen daily from the house/dock. The wildlife was amazing...stingrays, manatees, starfish, crabs, iguanas, turtles, and the shells on the beach were incredible. Only a few restaurants were on the island (and they are pretty pricey) so we definitely planned accordingly to cook at the vrbo as much as possible. The only concern was the PM company at certain times. When we did have an issue, they hid behind the text messages and wouldn't return phone calls. Once things were finally resolved, they were easier to work with.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you so much, for the wonderful 5 stars review! We’re so happy you enjoyed your stay at Paraíso Captiva and experienced everything that makes this property so special. From your own private sandy beach and fishing dock, to the heated swim spa, outdoor BBQ kitchen, golf cart, and beautiful waterfront setting, the home was designed to give guests the complete North Captiva experience without ever needing to leave the property. And as you discovered, the wildlife can be incredible—dolphins cruising by the dock, manatees, stingrays, turtles, starfish, amazing shelling, and some fantastic fishing right out back. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the property management communication and are always looking for ways to make the guest experience even smoother. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Paraíso Captiva for another island getaway! 🌴🌊🌟

We loved staying at the paraiso property. The outdoor space was amazing. After walking the entire beach, this property it was definitely among the best for outdoor entertainment. It has it all covered between the pier, beach, pool and patio. The indoor space was also very nice and unique. The property is separated into a main floor (upper) with the kitchen, family room, dining room, two bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. The beach level has two separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath, rooms. Each separated by its own entry, away from the main, upper level of the house. This works well for privacy but also may not be ideal for families with smaller children. The golf cart was also a nice added feature to the property. Property management was easy to work with and timely with responses to our questions. We look forward to possibly staying there again in August!

Nice Beachfront Easter Trip

We stayed at the property for a long Easter weekend. We can’t say enough positives about the property and WILL BE BACK. Well appointed/equipped, perfect location that’s close to Barnacle's, great fishing, nice swim spa, unbeatable sunrise view!! We saw manatees from the dock daily as well as dolphins. So neat!We had a great time and had perfect weather! Only negative was a pump at the house water system that went out Saturday before Easter. The Team at Tortuga responded quickly and did everything they could to get it working again. It was working fully Monday by lunch once the new part made it to the island. (Considering on an island and them providing endless water bottles, accommodations in the meantime all was very commendable)I would note the two downstairs rooms are exterior entry and aren’t really connected to the upstairs at all, perfectly fine for us but for a large crew or family might be a noteworthy thing.

So happy to hear your Easter weekend was filled with fishing, sunrises, manatees, dolphins, and perfect weather! Thank you for noting the water system hiccup—we appreciate your kindness and flexibility while it was fixed quickly. We can’t wait to host you again at Paraíso Captiva for more time on the dock and those unbeatable views!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose North Captiva Island for its rare combination of private island living, luxury comfort, and unspoiled natural beauty. Accessible only by boat or ferry, this car-free island getaway offers a true escape from the everyday.

This luxury beachfront home in North Captiva is just steps from white sand beaches and the Gulf, with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings. Guests love the privacy, space, and quiet atmosphere—perfect for family vacations, group getaways, and special occasions.

Spend your days enjoying beach access, shelling, boating, fishing, and island exploring by golf cart. Evenings are all about sunsets, ocean breezes, and relaxing under the stars.

To make your stay effortless, we offer access to concierge services including grocery pre-stocking, golf cart rentals, private chefs, and boat charters—ideal for a seamless luxury vacation experience.

If you’re searching for a private beach house rental in Florida, North Captiva vacation rental, or a unique island getaway, this home delivers an unforgettable stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Paraíso Captiva stands out from other North Captiva vacation rentals by combining true beachfront proximity, elevated amenities, and a fully serviced experience—something most homes on the island simply don’t offer.

Unlike many properties that are set back or require longer walks, this home offers immediate, easy beach access with unobstructed views over the Gulf—one of the most requested and limited features on North Captiva Island.

What truly sets Paraíso apart is the level of preparation and ongoing maintenance. As a professionally managed home, we continuously upgrade and monitor key details—swim spa performance, water systems, propane levels, linens, and guest essentials—so everything is consistently ready and functioning. Many island homes are more hands-off, which can lead to inconsistencies; our approach ensures a reliable, hotel-level experience in a private home setting.

In addition, Paraíso Captiva is designed specifically for luxury group stays and family experiences, with spacious layouts, curated amenities, and thoughtful upgrades that go beyond standard rentals.

Guests also benefit from direct access to concierge services, including grocery pre-stocking, golf cart coordination, private chefs, and boat charters—turning what can be a logistically challenging island trip into a seamless, turnkey vacation.

If you’re comparing North Captiva beachfront homes, private island rentals in Florida, or luxury vacation homes with concierge services, Paraíso Captiva consistently delivers a more refined, effortless, and memorable experience.
