The home has been freshly designed with tasteful décor to help you settle into beach getaway mode. Filled with natural light and thoughtful details, it’s perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy the best of Atlantic City.



LIVING ROOM:

The main level features a spacious living room with a large Smart TV (streaming apps only; no cable), comfortable sectional, and armchair. A half bathroom is also located on this level.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, plus a dining table and counter stools. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the hallway leading to the kitchen.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Top floor includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Each bedroom has closet/dresser storage, cozy linens, and a Smart TV with streaming apps only.

Queen air mattress available for additional sleeping.



BEDROOM 1 – 1 King bed, Smart TV, ensuite full bathroom

BEDROOM 2 – 1 Queen bed, Smart TV

BEDROOM 3 – 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin futon, Smart TV

ACCESS & ENTRY:

Guests have access to the entire home.

This is an attached home with another residence to the left.

Stairs are required to enter from the front or garage, to the second-level kitchen/living area, and to the top-floor bedrooms.

Please respect neighbors and nearby homes.

Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur a $100 per hour fee.



PARKING:

Driveway parking for 1 vehicle at the rear of the home.

Free street parking is available in front when permitted.

The garage is not available for parking, and parking is not permitted on the street behind the house.

Beachgoers may make parking and traffic busier at times.

Guests are responsible for following street parking signs and regulations.



MAIL:

Do not ship packages to the property, as we do not have access to the locked mailbox.

We are not responsible for shipped items.



ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:

Located in a city environment; some traffic and foot noise is possible.



SECURITY:

Exterior Ring cameras monitor the property.



HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:

At Harbor Grace, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we address concerns as quickly as possible.



CLEANING:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Minor oversights may occur, but significant issues will be corrected promptly.



HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:

Appliances and home systems may occasionally malfunction. While we cannot guarantee against unexpected issues, we will work quickly to resolve them.

Quilts are used on most beds. Request extra blankets before check-in if needed.

Guests sensitive to odors should note that smells from neighboring units or outdoors may occasionally be noticeable.

BOOKING & GUESTS

Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay for the entire reservation.

Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests incur a $200 fee per person.



RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE

No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without refund.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).



CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS

Check out on time. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.

Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.

Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.



SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE

No smoking or drugs indoors ($250 fee).

No open flames, candles, or wax.

Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.



SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY

Lock doors and windows when leaving.

Missing or damaged items will be charged:

Bath Towel $10 | Sheets $25 | Comforter $50 | Pillow $10 | Throw Blanket $20

Lost items: If found, a $25 handling fee plus shipping applies. Unclaimed items after 5 days will be donated.

VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES
