We are on a serene block with an unobstructed view of the water. Only a few homes in the neighborhood have this beautiful view and aren't staring into their neighbors' windows! Also, we have ample free parking right in front of the property where other homes will have parking around the corner. It’s the perfect place for a group of friends or a large family looking for a getaway that’s not too far from New York City or Philadelphia. We’re literally just steps away from the beach or aquarium and minutes by car to all that Atlantic City has to offer. If you prefer not to drive, the 24 hr jitney is conveniently located across the street. Also, Lyft and Uber are readily available.

This luxury home has hardwood floors throughout the first level, granite counter-tops and new furnishings/beds with incredible views of the water from every floor. In addition, the fenced in patio area and grill provides ample privacy and a place where you can sit and relax with friends and loved ones. The house has been beautifully decorated and features 3 Bedrooms, as well as a bonus Loft that has breathtaking views. A rare find in the neighborhood, this property has 4 outdoor decks! On the 2nd floor, there is a private escape off of the Primary Bedroom, as well as a large deck on the front of the house which is perfect for relaxing or viewing the annual 4th of July fireworks. As for the 1st floor, there is a lovely porch out front as well as a sitting area off of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with top of the line appliances, breakfast bar seating for three, and a tabletop dining area. A half-bath is located right off the kitchen.
The first floor Living Room offers just one of many places to share moments with family and friends. The Family Room is exquisitely furnished and equipped with a large Smart HDTV, Blue Ray DVD player, movies, books, and games for your pleasure. This spacious gathering room is open to both the Kitchen and adjacent Dining area. It provides plentiful seating featuring two large couches, and comfortable chairs.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests ( we provide two luxury aerobeds including linens and pillows for four guests that can be set up anywhere!). The Primary Suite has everything you need plus a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom with double sink vanity is complete with a large bath and divided shower. The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are adjacent to the second floor porch which has unobstructed views of the marina and Brigantine Bay. The bonus 3rd floor loft is completely furnished with an added sitting area where you can 'work from home' if needed.

Linens, blankets and towels are provided as well as hairdryers in each bathroom. We also provide Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. We do not provide wash cloths. In addition, each bedroom has a TV as well as a full length mirror. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. We provide the detergent as well as dryer sheets!

What differentiates us from other homes in the area is that this is OUR home that we have lived in and enjoyed so no expense has been spared in making it a luxurious and comfortable place for all to enjoy.
