This fully furnished, well equipped condo is located in Sea Coast Condominiums, a direct oceanfront complex on the non-driving zone of New Smyrna Beach.

This condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor unit that can comfortably sleep 6 people with a queen blow up mattress with pump and linens as well as 2 twin thick mats with linens. The well equipped kitchen is for your use, if you decide to enjoy a romantic dinner for two on the balcony with the waves of the ocean as your background music. You can enjoy the gentle hum of the waves from your own, private balcony or from the oceanfront seasonally heated pool. The ocean is never out of sight while you grill-out on the oceanfront sun-deck or strike-up a beach side shuffleboard tournament. Sea Coast Condos is a paradise for all to enjoy. New Smyrna Beach is perfect for couples and families alike, the relaxing vacation of your dreams awaits you at Sea Coast Condominiums.

Complex amenities include: seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard courts on the oceanfront sun-deck.

Wonderful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! The condo is well cared for and well-equipped with a beautiful up-to-date kitchen. The dining room table seats six, which is a plus. We also appreicated the coffee bar and the countertop ice machine. We could not ask for more! The building is well maintained and the on-site manager does a great job.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Sea Coast Condos for over 10 years and will be coming back. We've stayed other places and they just don't compare. They are still recovering from last year's two hurricanes, but have made the best of a bad situation. Was thankful that there was a least beach access this time. We'll be back!!! (One thing we would like to see is a ramp to access the beach. This time I was recovering from a knee injury which made the stairs difficult. Hopefully they will consider it when the north beach access is replaced.)

Our family has grown to love Sea Coast, too. It's the people and the beautiful setting that make is so wonderful. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

We enjoyed dinners out every night for a week . Now the bad . Made trip to office about fan switch in bathroom stayed on all the time . When we rented the contract stated NO PETS and the furniture was loaded with either cat or dog hair and one of us are allergic to cats . But overall a great place .

Family Vacation

Our children and grandchildren stayed across the street in a family-owned unit at the Bahamian Club. Since our family has grown, we decided to rent a second place beachside. The 2nd bedroom beachside gave the grandbabies a place to nap and allowed some of the family to be enjoying the pool & the beach during nap time. The little ones really liked the shallow pool. Sally & Doug's unit was clean, the kitchen was recently remodeled and very well-equipped for family meals, including a small table and chairs on the patio that the grandchildren enjoyed. We really loved the coastal decor!

Love being on a non-driving beach. The only issue we had was with the south gate to the pool - the lock is hard to open and sometimes just doesn't work (especially is you have arthritic hands).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Sea Coast for over 15 years. We rarely go when there is a holiday (usually we go May and October). Many of the units housed more than 6 people (we counted 12 in one unit). When the managers left at 5:00, it was party, party, party with loud music and shouting well into the wee hours of the morning (there were two nights that were more normal). Not conducive to a relaxing vacation. During high-capacity weeks, management or security needs to be on site 24/7 to keep those who don't want to abide by the rules in check.

My Favorite Vacation Spot

I love sitting near the seawall in the later afternoon, watching the surf and reading. The only issue with the complex is the gated entry to the pool area. It’s too difficult to open and if you are carrying anything, you have to put it down. I couldn’t open the gate at any time - handle too hard to tirn.

We find the managers and staff to be friendly and helpful. They take pride in making this one of the best condos in the area. My one wish is that there was a ramp to the ocean so that you can easily take your car down and for those who can only access the ocean via wheelchair.

We prefer Unit 214, but also stayed at Unit 215 and one year on third floor in a corner unit. We love being in the no drive section of the beach. Over the years we have noticed a younger population with children in the units which is usually not a problem unless there is partying (rare) and young children screaming in the pool. I would love some adult time in the pool (early morning or late evening). We love proximity to town and restaurants. Overall, love it. We hope to return next year.
