A modern two bedroom home located just across the highway from Chesterman Beach in the quiet neighbourhood of Jensens Bay.
The fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, peaceful treed setting and indoor fireplace are sure to make Tidal Retreat the perfect home base for your family`s Tofino adventures.

Tidal Retreat Cabin is located on an inlet property surrounded by trees on three sides. The home owners live on site in a separate house which is not in sight.
Inside is a bright, modern space with heated concrete floors, other amenities include an indoor fireplace, wash/drier, BBQ, TV streaming Netflix and an outdoor shower.

Guests have access to the entire cabin plus outdoor patio and parking area.

I do not live on site but if there is an issue I am available via Airbnb message and can come to the cabin if needed.

Jensens Bay is a quiet neighbourhood located on the inlet side of the peninsula, this is a residential area and respect for the neighbours is of primary importance.

Tidal Retreat Cabin is located on a side street (Jensens Bay Rd) just off the Pacific Rim HWY about a five minute drive from down town Tofino.
Chesterman Beach is within easy walking distance and access to the multi use path for cycling, etc is just moments away.

Home owners live on the property in a separate dwelling.

*Respect for the neighbourhood is very important, there is strictly NO NOISE AFTER 10PM.

**This property is in compliance with Bill-35 - Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act and the principal residence requirement which comes into effect November 1, 2024. The operations of this Air BnB will not be impacted by the new legislation.**
Tidal Retreat is located on the same property as the home owners primary residence, in respect for them and the neighbours the noise bylaw of quiet between the hours of 10am -10pm will be strictly enforced.

**This is a rental set up for couples and small families*

**Refunds will not be issued due to unforeseen travel challenges or power outages.**

The west coast of Vancouver Island is a remote location subject to severe weather and unpredictable travel conditions.

Please be prepared for extreme conditions that may result in power outages and/or road closures. We do experience power outages especially during storm season (winter months). **Refunds are not given for power outages**, we will provide flashlights for you to use and a list of open businesses.
