Nature embraced Villa Stina w/pool and big outdoor area for art and music lovers

Villa Stina is located in the pearl of Makarska riviera in a small town, Krvavica.
The house is in a pine wood and surrounded with olive trees with total privacy. We offer a beautiful view of the mountain Biokovo from our swimming pool.
Villa Stina is located 1km from the beach and 500 meters from the town center. It takes 5 - 10 minutes by walk, or you can drive and park near the beach. You can explore the nature and wild beaches.

The accommodation in Villa Stina is for 8 persons in two separate apartments, one is for 2 people and the other can accommodate 6 people. The bigger apartment is on the first floor, there is one master bedroom furnished with wall to wall closet, king size bed, piano and a balcony looking over the pool and at the mountain Biokovo, there is a second bedroom with queen size bed with vanity, mirror an view of the pine wood, third bedroom is also looking at the pine wood and has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining area and a big living room with large couch, flat TV and a work place. In the smaller apartment there is a master bedroom with king size bed and a living room incorporated with a small kitchen and dining area plus bathroom with shower. Everything is covered with wifi signal, even the pool area. There is air conditioning in every apartment.

Owners live on property, on the ground floor with their separate entrance so you have total privacy. But if you need anything, advice, some company,.. just ring the door bell and Bojan or Tina will answer. Apartments are furnished in Mediterranean style, rich in natural light, colour, designer ideas and pieces of furniture plus contemporary paintings of nature details made by owner. Tina allso offers art classes at her painting studio in the back of the house. Where you can find souvenirs and her nature inspired, hand crafted jewelry.

We have a beautiful garden and yard with sitting and dining area plus summer kitchen. You can enjoy the swimming pool, sun bathing or drink mint tea from our garden.

Villa Stina is located in Krvavica, a little place of 300 residents between Baska Voda (6 km) and Makarska (3km), on the Makarska riviera in Dalmatia in Croatia in Europe. In addition to the white gravel beach a place is adorned with specific natural attraction “Babin zub” (“Grandmothers tooth”) a high rock on mountain Biokovo which decorates the view above Krvavica. We can recommend our favorite restaurants (konoba Kalelarga in Makarska - daily fresh fish, local food and wine; konoba Feral in Brela - excellent food and deserts), Jazz fest in Makarska, August, hiking in national park Biokovo, Plitvička jezera,... and of course visiting the perfect town of Dubrovnik.

You can travel by car or bus to Villa Stina (we have a parking place for you, the bus station is 150 m from us), or by train or aeroplane to Split and then rent a car.
