Docknockers Bar and Grill is just a short walk down the hill. It is a 10-minute drive from popular waterfront bars such as H. Toads, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators, and less than 15 minutes from Bagnall Dam.

This unit has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and bedroom. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. It has a balcony with a beautiful lake view.

Parking is first come first served. There is a gravel overflow lot just above parking spaces. The trash dumpster is located there as well.

It is important to know this unit shares an HVAC system with the rest of the property and that the thermostat is set to 70. This ensures that guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout their stay.

Prior to your stay, you will be required to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.
Fees and Charges-
• A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to every reservation; this covers standard turnover cleaning between guests and is not a deposit.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per stay applies when guests bring pets (limit 2). Guests must select the pet option during the booking process to disclose a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $99 fine.
