The Space:

Situated in the desert landscape of Kanab Utah, under breathtaking red rock plateaus, this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home is just waiting for you! The modern design of this home blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Highlights include top of the line furnishings, plush beds, high speed internet, spectacular views and starry skies that make for exceptional stargazing, a cozy fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom!



Upon entering this property you will find a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows that allow the surrounding scenery to be viewed in all its glory. This open concept living/dining area also includes a cozy fireplace, comfortable couches, a large screen Smart TV, a large dining area with a table that accommodates eight plus seating at the counter for 4, and a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, quartz countertops, dishware, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils and a butler's pantry! A laundry room with full sized machines is located just around the corner for your convenience. Step out onto the back patio and relax while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets and unobstructed starry skies of Kanab!



Each of the 3 bedrooms features a plush top of the line mattress ensuring a restful nights sleep. The primary suite has a King sized bed and exceptional views of the red mountains. This room offers a dresser as well as a large walk in closet for clothes storage. Large sliding glass doors lead you right out to the back patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the red hills light up under the rising sun. The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom features a soaking tub, walk in luxury shower, and a double vanity.



Guest Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen sized bed, sitting chair, large closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled, zero-entry, walk in shower.



Just off the living area you will find the casita which offers a private retreat for guests. This area boasts a comfortable king sized bed as well as a separate entrance and a kitchenette. The ensuite bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower as well as a walk in closet with drawer space in addition to hanging space.



This home features a large garage so you will have plenty of room to park vehicles, toys, or trailers! Note: Only one of the garage bays will be accessible to guests. The RV bay will not be for guest use. Hiking trails are located in close proximity just behind the Catori Canyon community on BLM land. Guests will have access to all amenities including 2 swimming pools, pickleball courts, hot tub, and playground (pools open June--October).



Activities: Immerse yourself in world-class hiking, rock climbing, and canyoneering in the nearby national parks. Visit the local Jackson Flat Reservoir for fishing and kayak/paddleboard rentals. Hike the many local trails located right in Kanab or schedule an ATV tour to experience one of the many beautiful slot canyons.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to all of the amenities Catori Canyon has to offer. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival to use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Catori Canyon neighborhood is one of the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features two pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, and a playground (pools open June--October). There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views.



Getting Around:

Catori Canyon is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



Please ensure the pool key, all pool towels, and pickleball sets are returned to the home before checking out to avoid additional charges.

• Pickleball sets: $600 full set or $150 per paddle--please note: these are special paddles that keep the noise to a minimum



It's important to note that Catori Canyon has established CC&R's.

There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay and in the driveway in front of the garage.

Note: Only one of the garage bays will be accessible to guests. The RV bay will not be for guest use.



This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy.



Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
