Located on the right side of the beach, the house is in the Cor de Búzios gated community, a private area with 24-hour security. There are 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite, and we accommodate up to 8 people.

The house has a private entrance with stairs, a balcony with barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with Family App with all channels, 2 bathrooms with hot water, in a well-designed and welcoming space for your comfort.

Located in the Geribá area, one of the most sought-after and vibrant regions of Búzios, its location is privileged. It is a great option for walks, water sports, or simply relaxing by the sea.

To make your stay even more convenient and comfortable, we provide bed linens and towels.

We are also pet friendly! We accept up to one small pet.

During your stay, if you wish, guests can also request a tidying service of approximately 30 minutes per day, subject to staff availability. This service is carried out directly by the condominium staff, upon scheduling, and is subject to the team's schedule.

The condominium consists of independent houses, which can be on the ground floor or upper level. Our house is on the upper level.
