This waterfront four-bedroom, three-bathroom house has sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay and direct access to the beach via a private staircase.

Almost every room in the home has a view of Cape Cod Bay. All bedrooms and family room/kitchen have portable air conditioners. The main living room has a large window air conditioner.

Enter a large open foyer with staircase to the second floor on the left. To the right is a living room with comfortable couches, flat screen TV and A/C--perfect for reading, cocktails or a quiet chat. The open kitchen and family room and the separate dining room all have fantastic water views. The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, a large island with counter seating and double cooktop, a double wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot and Keurig. One step down into the family room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable. The separate dining room has a large table with seating for eight.

One of the home's four bedrooms is also on the first floor. This bedroom, with A/C, has a queen bed and French doors to the deck. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. The garage is not for tenant use.

The three other bedrooms, all with A/C, are on the second floor, accessed via the staircase from the foyer. The bedroom on the side of the house has a queen bed and the bedroom on the water side has a queen bed. The primary suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A set of French doors leads to the primary bedroom's private balcony. Sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from the bedroom and balcony. There is another bathroom off the hall with tub/shower, two sinks and water closet.

The wrap-around deck with outdoor tables and chairs, chaise lounges, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower is an absolute delight! Enjoy beautiful views of the water, Long Point and Wood End Lighthouses all day and stunning sunsets and the twinkling stars and lights of Provincetown at night. Deck accessed by French doors from the kitchen.

Direct access to the beach below via a deck walkway and steps! Swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing steps from the house.

Short drive to the best of Truro including Truro Vineyards, Atlantic Spice, Highland (Cape Cod) Lighthouse, shops, restaurants and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Short drive to Provincetown for restaurants, galleries, shops, clubs, nightlife, live performances and fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
