Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Palm Coast. This freshly renovated, charming property features a private heated pool with furnished patio. Foodie lovers kitchen. Three comfy queen beds, 2 beautiful bathrooms both with bathtubs, and essential amenities like AC, heat, WiFi, washer, dryer. Safe, quiet, friendly, walkable, neighborhood. Two parking spots and small garage. Close to everything you need. Reasonable drive to Disney, St. Augustine, Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral! 20 min to Daytona Racing too! 10min to famous Flagler Beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Pool towels and chairs. Fun, sun, walking paths, cute geckos and stately palms. A comfy home base to create wonderful vacation memories! Owners easy to contact and responsive. Please note we have decibel detector to respect our wonderful neighbors and prevent parties. Driveway security camera.

ID verification is required after booking. Guests are advised that failure toadhere to the house rules may result in charges as outlined below. In the event of a violation of the house rules, guests are not entitled to a refund, whether partial or full, if they are asked to vacate the property.
Pool:
The pool is professionally maintained and cleaned once a week by a certified pool service company. While every effort is made to ensure the pool is in excellent condition, occasional debris such as leaves may enter the pool due to weather conditions. Please be assured that the pool remains safe and clean for swimming.
If you wish to request an additional pool cleaning during your stay, and if the service is available, a $100 fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your swim!
Pet Rules:
A $50 pet fee applies.
Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair is found on the furniture. Please ensure that you clean up after your pet. A $50 fee will be charged for any pet waste left in the backyard. Only small breed dogs are allowed, and all pets must be crated when unattended. Cats are not permitted.
If you bring a pet without informing us in advance, we reserve the right to terminate your stay early or charge an additional $100, in addition to the original pet fee.
Late Check-Out / Early Arrival Fees:
The following charges apply for early arrivals or late check-outs, if permitted (please note that we may not always be able to accommodate these requests):
1 hour or less: $50
1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200
These fees help offset the stress placed on our cleaning service, ensuring that they can prepare the property to our high standards for your arrival or the arrival of the next guest.
General Policies:
No Parties or Events: Without prior written consent from the host, parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Pets: $500 per animal
Smoking: $500 for smoking remediation if smoking occurs on the property
Late Check-Out Beyond 11 AM: Minimum cost of one nightās stay
Over Occupancy: $150 per person, per day for unauthorized or excess guests
Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages not covered by the damage waiver, including but not limited to stains, missing items, or damages to equipment
Plumbing Issues: A $500 minimum charge will apply for plumbing repairs resulting from improper use. Please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper.
Tampering with Equipment: Any tampering with equipment (including pool, pool heater/alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors, and fire extinguishers) will result in a minimum charge of $500 and possible additional charges for repairs or replacement. This is a serious violation and will be enforced strictly.
