Enchanted by a fountain, the Private Pool inside a lanai is heated by both Solar and Electric Heating Systems. 🏊‍♀️ The target temperature of the pool water is set at the comfortable and refreshing 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool pump runs daily from around 9am to 5pm for the fountain and for rooftop solar heating.

This Super Clean 2,338-sf house is a mini resort, with all necessities provided: bath and beach towels, Suave brand shampoo and conditioner, dove soaps, body wash, laundry detergent, toilet papers, paper towels, cleaning supplies, first aids, sewing kit, umbrellas, etc. At kitchen, we provide complimentary high quality coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and plates, pots, pans and utensils. At the private pool inside lanai, we provide beach towels, pool toys, pool floats for adults and kids and even a yoga mat! 5 beds, in 3 bedrooms and common areas, all with ceiling fans. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out and the house is cozy enough for all to gather, especially at the lovely heated pool area.
EAST Wing: 🛏 The Flagler Beach Room is the master bedroom with a new farmhouse style king-size bed. This room has a special entry to the pool area. This room is decorated with beach-theme artworks, a jewelry box, and lamps with USB charging ports.

WEST Wing: 🛏 The St. Augustine Room is the second bedroom with a new Florida style queen-size bed. This room is decorated with large mirrors, a painting of water lilies, day/night curtains and lamps with USB charging ports.
🛏 The Jacksonville Room is the third bedroom with a new Florida style queen-size bed. This room is decorated with large mirrors, paintings of boats and shells, and USB charging stations.

Our fully vaccinated cleaning crew are professional and meticulous in cleaning every room for your arrival. Strict protocols are followed against COVID-19. Contactless check in/check out for you.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If travelers cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. The refund will be processed by the VRBO system. If travelers cancel within 7 days before check-in, NO REFUND will be given. However, within the 7-day window, if the travelers wish to “reschedule” their travel due to family emergencies or natural disasters, through friendly discussions with the host, the booking can be revised by the host via VRBO’s “Edit Booking” function. No financial penalty will be applied to such a “reschedule.”
