The Inside
This beautifully designed cottage offers a spacious and thoughtfully laid-out interior. The second floor features two stunning bedrooms, each with large windows overlooking Lake Erie, so you can wake up to breathtaking views every morning. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience. Laundry facilities are also located on this floor, adding an extra level of ease to your stay.
The main floor features a cozy bedroom, perfect for those who prefer staying closer to the ground floor. A 2-piece washroom on the main level ensures guests have easy access to facilities without needing to head upstairs.
The open-concept living space blends modern luxury with rustic charm, highlighted by reclaimed wood accents—including teak from the owner’s old sailboat—which lend the space a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living room is perfect for unwinding, with cozy seating and large windows framing the natural beauty surrounding the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook up delicious meals, whether you`re preparing a leisurely breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The spacious, functional design makes it a joy to cook in, and you’ll have everything at your fingertips to create memorable meals.
The Outside
Step outside and embrace the stunning natural beauty of the lakefront setting. The lawn is perfect for lounging in one of the Muskoka chairs or enjoying a family picnic. The gas BBQ is ready for you to fire up and enjoy lakeside grilling, whether you`re cooking for the family or having a sunset cookout.
Being at water`s edge Lake Erie is easily accessible via a stairs onto the beach. It’s a peaceful spot to dip your toes in or enjoy a swim while taking in the serene surroundings. With two dedicated parking spots, your arrival and departure will be seamless and hassle-free.
Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.
Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES PERMITTED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.
The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal
Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-8AM
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
