Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach

Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect location. We enjoyed all of the restaurants that were in easy walking distance from the property. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Vacation

Condo was very nice and clean. Property and location were also very pleasant. A little more beach would have been nice but overall still a five star vacation.

We had an amazing time !

This place is wonderful ! We had a great time , few steps from the beach. The apartment was very clean and everything was perfect. We can’t wait to be back !

Wonderfull Regal Beach Club

We had one of the few beaches that had sand. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast in our screen porch every morning. Location was excellent and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. Good snorkeling right off the beach with lots of fish and clear water.

Great for families

The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The grounds were very clean, the location was fantastic, and the property manager / security guard were super friendly and nice. The only thing we would change is that there isn't enough beach for kids to play on. We had to walk down the beach a ways, and we had no access to chairs/umbrellas. Next time we will stay further down 7mi where there is still beach.

Clean, convenient, comfortable well-furnished unit

We recently spent 9 nights in this unit and were most favorably impressed. The agent met us promptly at the unit on arrival and thoroughly explained everything, making sure that we could connect devices to the internet before she left. The condo was well furnished with everything that we needed - including dishwasher and laundry detergent. There were plenty of wine glasses and champagne glasses - something usually absent from a rental unit! Location was quiet and convenient to the beach and pools, neither too close for too far. And just a 5 minute walk to the coffee shop! We would definitely return.

Very Pleasant Stay

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and received a text with the info to get into the apartment with a key code (no physical keys) that was very convenient. the location was on the beach so we could go swimming and enjoy the ocean and weather. the 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with an open plan kitchen , dining and living area. There was a large screen TV in the living room and smaller TVs in the bedrooms with live TV and apps avaialable to stream programs. We did not use the kitchen to cook except to make coffee but everything was there if we wanted to cook. the refrigerator was a large size 3 door. The beds were cofortableand the linen was clean. there was also a large washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher and the A/C worked great! There is only small maintenance items like the TP holder in the family bathroom was loose.

Amazing family vacation!

We have chosen Regal Beach Club #212 for our family staycation, our children are 4 years and 6 month old. We had absolutely amazing time and can not even imagine any better. The apartment is on ground floor, which was our preference having a stroller. Is very nicely furnished and at our arrival (at our request) we had a high chair a pack and play with linens prepared for our baby. The management and housekeeper were very nice and helpful. The condo cleaned daily (except for Sundays) which was very much appreciated. The apartment is just few steps from the kids pool with jacuzzi (where we spend a lot of time playing) and few more steps from the big pool and beach. The beach and ocean are out of this world. White sand, turquoise water. There very many beach chairs available and just few people, as September is a quieter time of the year. Weather worked out great for us, having sunny every day of our stay. The complex is very centrally located. Having the Marriott hotel right next food, so you can grab a lunch and drink there without leaving the beach at all, or have a massage or hair done. There are also many nice restaurants walking distance (family and and also fine dining) and it is a nice 15 min stroller walk to Camana Bay (movies, restaurant and shops). We have enjoyed our vacation and this property very much and will suggest it our friends.

Holiday paradise

We loved the cleanliness of our room and grounds! It truly was a personalized family feel. Thanks for all you do to make vacations great. There is really nothing you can do about the influx of cruise goers and Marriott guests invading the Regal Club beach area. That was really our only negative.

Fantastic

"Ocean view" from this apartment is a bit of a stretch but the rest was outright excellent, beginning with the location in a neat part of town, the beach itself and the ease of access to it, the size of the apartment, amenities in it, and the prompt and efficient service.

Amazing condo steps from the beach!

We loved this place! The location was great, the beach was beautiful, management was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and the condo was immaculate and well stocked. I highly recommend!

Memorable as always

Stayed at Regal Beach multiple times, always feel at home. Our unit was updated and very comfortable and clean. Management was happy to accommodate any special needs. Wish the whirlpool/hot tub would have actually been hot and only 2 of the multiple jets worked. Would definitely recommend to anyone as a beautiful place to stay. Beach and pool area are like having your own private oasis. We also enjoyed the turtle farm, Deckers, Coconut Joe's, The Captains, local food and shopping as always. Would have done more but it rained quite a bit.

Nice Condo, Great Location, Great Service

The condo was nicely furnished and in a great location. Everything was as advertised. We had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with by the owners with record speed. Would definitely stay here again.
