Highly recommended!

We loved this condo and location - so much so we’ve already booked our return stay for next year! The location was quiet and comfortable and the condo had all of the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend for family vacations.

Great Stay at Harbour Heights!

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Heights. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The pool area was also a great spot to relax. The property is well-maintained and perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Cayman. This was our first visit to the island and this condo was the perfect location for our family! Stephen was great to work with and very helpful to answer questions. We hope to be back again!

Cayman Stay

The condo was perfect size for 2 couples or could work for a couple and children. Loved the access to the beach. Walking distance for restaurants, convenient store. We would definitely consider staying there again. Such a beautiful location!

Loved our time at Harbor Heights

Spectacular time in a beautiful location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence is beautiful, clean and well kept. The grounds are immaculate. You are a few steps away from the beach and pool. Ample seating for resting in the sun. Couldn’t ask for more. If you prefer relaxation and a quieter environment from the resorts, Harbor Heights is the place.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman at Harbour Heights. Brian’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the water. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. Brian was quick to get back to me with any questions as well.

Loved everything!

Diane and Brian have a beautiful, well equipped condo in a great location. They were very quick with their replies and the recommendations they gave for restaurants were fantastic. The condo was very comfortable, which was a godsend because there was 2 full days of continuous wind and rain. Loved everything. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfectly Perfect!

Our family absolutely loved this place :) Amazing condo right on the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! Stephen and Niki have thought of everything. Niki met our family upon arrival and both Stephen and Niki checked in with us a few times throughout our stay. We wouldn't change a thing and would definitely stay here again! We've already recommended this condo to friends planning travel to Grand Cayman.

Very nice well stocked condo. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need.

Stayed 7 days and nights. Kitchen is very well stocked. Close to Georgetown and grocery store. Kayman turtle dive shop is just across the street. A good all around resteurant just down the street towards Georgetown was called eats. Breakfast was excelente. Owner was very nice and greeted us with a tour of the condo and how to use everything. I would recommend it.

Paradise!

We had such a wonderful vacation at Harbour Heights 27. The location was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our older teenage boys were able to easily walk down to all of the action at seven mile beach yet enjoy the quiet end of the beach with us. We were looking for rest and relaxation from our hectic lives and this location did not disappoint. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The office staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend

Comfortable, updated condo with all you need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Condo unit is just steps from the ocean and pool. Neither were ever crowded during our week-long stay in February. Beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. Also, it’s easy to rent jet skis and snorkels on adjacent public beach. Another easy activity- take a short walk to nearby Kimpton hotel and book a sunset cruise (or have a delicious buffet breakfast). Owners are responsive, accommodating, and knowledgable about the island. My family of four, including two young teenagers, highly recommend this condo.

Attention to detail matters....

The property was fabulous. The condo is very well appointed with every important detail well thought out. The condo is impeccably put together. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are all recently updated, well decorated, and generally in accordance with the highest standards. The condo grounds and common areas are equally well cared for. The beach speaks for itself - well known as one of the best in the world and for good reason. Harbour Heights staff were gracious and helpful hosts. Stephen and his wife met us at the door on day 1 and were available to help at a moments notice. Don't hesitate to book this condo. It is well worth the money and you won't be disappointed.

Great beach, great location, great condo

The condo was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the property and the beach. The beach was beautiful, never crowded, plenty of chairs and sun or shade if you want it. The public beach next door got really crowded when the cruise ships were in, but the security guard kept the crowds from encroaching on our beach. The location is excellent and it was easy to get around in our rental car. The kitchen was very well stocked. I loved that all the wall switches were labeled and we had no issues with all the fancy tv electronics due to the instructions in the binder. The bedrooms were very spacious and the mattresses very comfortable. Friends from a cruise ship visited us for an afternoon and want all the rental info because they are interested in staying here in the future. There is great snorkeling right off the beach or down the beach at Governor's Beach. We also drove a few minutes to Cemetery Beach which had great snorkeling as well. You can walk to the Kimpton for a nice meal right on the beach. All in all a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful, relaxing spot for families, or a couple, or a friends getaway!

We've stayed on Grand Cayman many times and found this condo a very comfortable and beautiful place to spend our winter vacation! It is well furnished with everything you need, and can accommodate a small or large family easily. We stayed for several months and had visitors and were there as a couple as well, and the condo was just the right size for both! The balcony is a quiet place to read or eat a meal, and the beach has plenty of sun and shade! No need for a beach umbrella as the trees along the shore are ready to provide protection should you want to linger at the beach all day! This property is located on prestigious 7 Mile Beach, which is the only place to be! The staff is wonderful to work with and you will be able to really relax, and will never want to leave! The food on Grand Cayman is outstanding, some of the best in the world! Our favorites include The Cracked Conch, Hemingway's,Grand Old House and Blue. For a less expensive option try the fish tacos at Sunshine Suites. They have wonderful sliders there too! You will LOVE it at this condo! We loved it so much we are headed back next week! Great Seven Mike Beach Location

You know you picked a good VRBO when housekeeping tells you that the complex is one of the nicest properties on the beach. The pool area was large enough for all guests and you didn’t feel cramped like you do at a major hotel. There were lots of chairs at the pool and on the beach and the chairs were comfortable. The condo looked like the pictures. Downstairs was the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Upstairs were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and several spices were in the cabinets as prior guests paid it forward and left what they purchased. The only minor issue we had was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was a memory foam and it was very stiff. We ended up sleeping in the other bedroom (which had four beds) as the room had a couple softer mattresses. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and the unit is a very strong contender for your next Grand Cayman stay.

Our mattresses are Sealy posture pedic with cool gel pillow tops. We also have the same one in the guest bedroom, as well our personal home, and we find them quite comfortable. Perfect Stay!

The location of this property suited us perfectly. I'd say this is the prettiest part of 7 mile beach. The complex is intimate among some larger places with lots of beach front. We felt like we had the property to ourselves. All of the amenities like the pool, the rinse stations, the landscaping, the BBQ grills, cabanas, chairs, etc were in great shape, clean, and in great working order. The condo itself is very comfortable, clean, and conscientiously appointed. There was plenty of quality cooking equipment, a nice coffee maker, nice appliances, nice ceiling fans, nice bathrooms with nice shower heads, etc. We really appreciated the high quality Lenox A/C with dehumidification mode. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the place just lived well. For us, this was one of those places that you swear you'll return to. Both in terms of the island and the condo. An added bonus is that there is a restaurant/outdoor bar (Duke's) across the street and a little coffee truck that we walked to every morning called "Happy Days". We walked by the Westin, Kimpton and others in walking distance and saw the rows of chairs and people jockeying for position. In contrast, all of our chairs were front row and only about 1/4 of them were being used. Even the cabanas were empty most of the time. This is a place for tranquil, comfortable peace with no crowds. One more thing...there was security on site and the management staff were very nice and charming.

Gem on Seven Mile Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Harbour Heights #27. The condo was situated on a pristine beach area and the views of sunsets were like watching nightly fireworks. It never got old. The condo itself was immaculate and very inviting. Many “extras” were very much appreciated. Even though there were many tasty eateries on the island to choose from and great places to see, we mainly stayed on lounging beach chairs right outside the condo and ate in enjoying the fresh fruit, vegetables and fish of the island. Besides the beach, our favorite spot was the deck. We spent every morning and evening there, whether it was for a meal or enjoying a game of cribbage! The location of Harbour Heights was spectacular, convenient to everything a person would need. We thoroughly loved our morning walks and ocean swims. One day we did take a drive up to Rum Point (since we have never seen that part of the island) and while we thought it was quaint and picturesque, nothing beats this place. We adore the 3 story buildings versus the larger conglomerates and seriously, this beach is the best we have been to-Hawaii included! Snorkeling was a blast as we saw many colorful fish, a barracuda, stingray, and the largest spiny lobster we have ever seen! We took the advice to stop at Sunset House for lunch, had ribs from Chef John, and ate breakfast the Island Naturals Cafe. We would highly recommend them-very good and quite reasonable. Our hosts were so accommodating and fast to respond to any questions we had. We are already in the process of planning a return trip! If you are reading his and wondering if you should book-you should!!!

Amazing Beach Vacation

The condo has a fantastic location on Seven Mile Beach. The beach and crystal clear water are steps from the door. The condo community is smaller than most, so it is the perfect place to relax. It felt like we had the whole beach and pool area to ourselves. The condo has a security guard to keep watch, so it felt very safe. Part of the beach is private, and they made sure to enforce it which kept it uncrowded from the public beach next door. The office staff are very helpful and nice, and just next door to be close to help with any questions. The maid service and ability to exchange beach towels is another perk. Stephen and Niki's condo is beautiful. The place is spotless. The updates they have done are a fantastic touch. It has central air with the ability to control each room, new carpet, furniture, and more. It is the perfect amount of space for 2 couples. It is equipped with everything you could ask for. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Electronics are top of the line with great cable, Apple TV, and Netflix. They provide great information with tons of recommendations about activities and food. We used it several times and always loved the places they recommended. Stephen and Niki are extremely responsive and helpful prior to arrival and even once you arrive. I have used HomeAway/VRBO/AirBNB several times, and they have been some of the best owners I have worked with yet. They even checked on us once we were there to make sure everything was perfect. On top of all of this, Grand Cayman is one of the nicest places I have been! I would recommend it to anyone. I am already counting down until my next visit!
