This place was amazing the location was near restaurants, markets and beaches and the house was beautiful and relaxing and equipped with an everything you needed. The pool area was tropical and peaceful and the pool itself was great I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends you will not be disappointed, i would rent this place again

Absolutely stunning property. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Location is great and the whole neighbourhood were super friendly and chatty. Loved the media room and conservatory. Beds nice an comfy. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Jim the property manager was again super helpful and friendly and gave us great advice and tips. Especially Rosie’s bar where we were made extremely welcome. My only complaint is we weren’t there longer. Book it and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a great place to stay. Super clean, safe neighborhood, wonderful pool and close to everything. Will definitely stay again when we get back to the area. House had everything you needed, from towels, to beach toys/chairs, kitchen items, etc. Wonderful vacation home!

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very tastefully decorated and in a wonderful location and community. Our stay was 5 days, and my adult children really enjoyed the home and the beautiful pool. Communication with the owner and property manager was very very good. I would stay here again!

Fabulous experience

We had an excellent experience from booking to departure- clear responsive communication, cozy interior spaces with room to spread out, lush gardens, and a perfect pool for our young children to learn to swim. We highly recommend!

Serene Oasis

The Brassrail home is a wonderful oasis close to many different locations around south Florida, from the Everglades to Little Havana to Pompano and South Beaches. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and the pool and gardens in the backyard make for a really nice place to unwind. This is a terrific home to experience.

Everything you would ever need!

I can honestly say I have never stayed in a neighborhood that felt so safe. The police station was 1/2 block away. The food places were all walking distance and we never felt unsafe walking about. The house was lovely and we made great use of that pool. For our TS tour girls trip it was a perfect stay.

Perfect New Years getaway

The property was even better than the photos. There's so much space to spread out into, we spent our evenings socializing in a different room every night. But the real star of everything was the pool - warm and large and well maintained, we spent half of our vacation in it. Check-in and maintenance were all great, and the host made everything easy and friendly. Would and will stay here again!

Lovely old growth palms in yard around pool. Lovely uplighting. Neighborhood very comfortable, dogs greeting every morning. Wilton Manors fun! Want to be there now. Thanks for a great place.

Awesome house in a great neighborhood.

Jimmy, the property manager, made check in super easy. He even got us in early. The owners, Mark and Tommy, are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Wilton Dr with great shops and restaurants.

Exceptional Property

We had a fabulous vacation and Wilton Manors was centrally located near Las Olas and there were lots of great restaurants at the Wilton center area which is walking distance from the house. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family. The pool area was fabulous with lots of outdoor seating. The property manager was amazing and checked in with us regularly. We would definitely come back!

This home has a great location to everything in Wilton Manors should you decide to leave the tropical paradise backyard. Great communication and any and all needs were met. Just about anything you need is already there. Just bring your groceries. Fantastic experience!!! Thanks guys!!!

Beautiful and fantastic

The house was fantastic, the property amazing! Swimming in the pool was spectacular. The whole vacation was a pleasure. Jim, the property manager, took good care of us! It felt like home. The house has a great location, just a few minutes away from the beaches an Fort Lauderdale downtown. Groceries and restaurants are just around the corner. Thanks again for this beautiful holiday, we will definitly come back again!

Great resort style house!

What a great place! The backyard is like a resort! Nice clean safe neighborhood. Close to everything. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers to use at the beaches. Pool toys and mats for the pool. The house couldn’t be nicer or cleaner. Jim the property manager is super nice and a phone call away. We will be back when we go back to Florida!

A wonderful experience

Brassrail Villa is wonderful. Lots of space for the 4 adults we had at the house to spread out. The home is in a great neighborhood, is just as described in the photos and description provided. The house was clean and the pool is private. Jimmy the property manager was helpful and always available for any questions, problems or concerns that arose. Great location within walking distance to Wilton Drive and centrally located. I would highly recommend Brassrail Villa to anyone looking to stay in Wilton Manors!

Lovely property!

We had a super pleasant stay at this house, can’t fault it in any way! They property manager Jim was really nice, met up with us on arrival and kept in contact during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We visited the house as a family of six, having a lovely stay in the house where everyone had a quiet place if they wanted to and a very homely feel to the house. The pool area was great, we enjoyed it very much! The neighbourhood was predominantly gay, and it felt very safe. Restaurants and ice cream shop was at a walking distance. The house it self was very clean and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Our stay at Villa Brassrail from July 9 to 17, 2025, was absolutely wonderful. As a family of three adults, we’ve visited Florida many times over the past 30 years – but this home truly stood out.The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The villa’s layout gave us plenty of space to relax both together and individually. The outdoor area was a private little paradise – a quiet pool surrounded by tropical plants, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Florida sun.The location is hard to beat: Villa Brassrail lies in one of the best and safest neighborhoods we’ve ever stayed in. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and yet just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the beach – we felt completely safe and at ease.A very special thanks goes to Jimmy, the property manager. Although the house itself was perfect and needed no attention, Jimmy went above and beyond when we needed help recovering a forgotten toiletry bag from a previous rental. His kindness and fast support were truly exceptional and meant a lot to us.Communication with the host was smooth and reliable. Perfection!

I visited with my best friend and our kids, three girls ages 5, 8, 13. EVERYONE loved this house and NO ONE wanted to leave. Spacious, meticulously kept, well-stocked for everything you can imagine and a beautiful, fun neighborhood. There's a nature preserve walking distance from the house where you can rent kayaks and see all manner of birds and plant life. The beach is close and wasn't crowded at all every time we went. The pool is warm and inviting. The house manager is knowledgeable, responsive and not around when you don't need him. We are already planning a return visit!

Quiet, Convenient, and Nice

The property was as advertised and well depicted in the photos. Nice quiet neighborhood w/everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Property manager Jim was accessible and timely. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and within a few minutes (15-25) drive to many beaches (Pompano & Las Olas) depending on time of day. A few more beaches with a bit longer drive (Hollywood & Miami Beach). Tulio's, Burger & Beer, Ethos, and NY Grilled Cheese were all within walking distance. Pool was just the right size for our party of seven w/4 adults & 3 older teens. Washer & Dryer were very handy. Had plenty of pool floats and beach gear to use. Take the water taxi one evening, stop #2, Las Olas/FTL Riverwalk, Guy Harvey, Tommy Bahama, & Salt Life stores, have Mexican @ El Camino's
