This 1 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village, just steps away from the new American Eagle and American Flyer lifts, restaurants, shops, and other activities. The condo overlooks West Lake and Center Village and has an amazing view of the Ten Mile Range. Imagine sitting on the balcony watching people zip line over the lake in the summer and sipping your morning coffee while watching the Zamboni clear the ice skating rink in the winter. This condo truly offers a one of a one of a kind, year-round experience of Copper Mountain. | | The living area contains a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV, USB outlets, free WiFi, cable and a Full Size Bathroom. The bedroom has a new King Size Bed, smart TV and USB outlets . The condo also offers the convenience of a Full Size Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. There is a grocery and a liquor store across from the building, so you have the option to cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen (which includes a commercial Keurig machine). Otherwise, a short walk across heated cobblestone paths will bring you to any of several restaurants, bars or shops. | | The building offers Community Laundry Facilities, ski lockers, free heated garage parking, and a beautiful lobby area. During ski season, you can drop your gear in the ground floor lockers, take the elevator to the condo, and enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace. The resort also includes a fun tubing hill with it's own lift and ice skating for an alternative to skiing. During the summer, enjoy the 18 golf course with the highest tee-box in North America. Try out the zip-line or paddle boats on the lake outside your door, or test your skills on the rock climbing wall in the Village. For more challenging outings there are many mountain biking options, hiking the trails up Copper Mountain, Eagle's Nest Wilderness or you can tackle some portion of the Continental Divide Trail. Bike to Vail Pass or Frisco on the paved Ten Mile Creek path. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73813 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great location

This unit was good for two adults. Fantastic location to central village in copper mountain. Shops and ski rental literally right out the door. The only complaint is the unit had the worst thermostat. We could not get the heat to turn off and it made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Great Location

We selected this condo based on location and pictures. The location is great, and this condo is owned by copper vacations so they have people staffed all the time should you need something (bonus). However, you can tell this place is getting a lot of churn and there’s wear and tear they don’t keep up. Ex. The bed / pillows feel like they’re 25 yrs old, the bath mats were once ivory, but are now brown and when we checked in the dishwasher was broken (fixed next day).

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away from the city for our anniversary. Our condo at Copper was great. We were able to do a hike near Leadville and be at the trailhead in 45 minutes. We also parked in the underground lot and were able to walk to great places to eat. Looking our over the lake was nice.

This guest gave 4/5 stars for everything but location, so we were surprised to see a 1 star review. This condo is located in a prime spot right in the Center Village at Copper Mountain within walking distance (generally 1 minute) to all restaurants, shops, and activities. Please view the Copper Mountain map to confirm.

Finding the parking

Directions and that it’s a parking garage could be clearer. Otherwise it was awesome.

Glad you found the garage; we try to help with our map we include with the highlighted route and picture of the garage entrance. It is always confusing getting settled in a new place, so again, we are glad you had a good stay!

We needed some towels and OJ, in the office, did a great job of taking care of us. He was pleasant and was happy to help us. Copper Mountain was fun all week. We will be back.

I did not realize this was a pet acceptable place. I found 2 dead fleas on the blanket on the bed the 1st night. Everything in this place needs to be washed; all bedding, pillows included; couch blankets, couch pillows, and the bathroom rugs. The check in place was not explained good. The building was so old and run down. Need better brand soaps and shampoos. I would not stay here again for the price.

Copper Mountain Gem!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We splurged a bit for a holiday vacation, and this was worth it! Easy office check-in, picked up keys outside & underground parking was secure, covered, easy to find. Didn't even need the car for 4 days. Building was close to everything! Market was right around the corner, main lift same. We got rentals from the guys at Charter Sports, right out the door, and they were way cheaper than other stores, great service too. The condos view was as good as it gets, breathtaking of the mts. The highway is barely visible but was not loud at all. That being said, the bars across the lake were very loud past midnight, so bring a sound machine/app. But the Lake was beautiful and wouldn't have traded any other condo bc it was so beautiful. Inside, kitchen was good. 4 of us and enough dishes, bowls for us. Breakfast bar to eat at. Fireplace was fab! There was every amenity here- plenty of soap, dish soap, garbage bags, tp, paper towels, foil, parchment-- sled, airmattress/pump too, puzzles, and a tv with every streaming service! I had to bring basket coffee filters, but there was a keurig here too. On a side note, I broke the glass coffee pot & was nervous about the charge...the mgr said not to worry & he'd replace it. Such a nice surprise and great service! We loved "Sauce" for dinner, the Italian meals were so good, great atmosphere. Cafe Hale had good coffee. And Sawmill had a to-die-for spinach/artichoke dip w homemade flatbread-- best we've had anywhere, and we've been everywhere. I only would recommend 1 change, as the pillows were flat and awful- only 2 per bed. They need to get better pillows. But the decor and feel was modern ski, comfy. Shower was decent. The shops & firepits were right out the door as well. Bus was easy to catch. Groceries were cheaper than expected. But bring things like cheese, crackers, chips, cereal...those were expensive. Overall, we couldn't have had a better condo especially with the rare find of a separate bedroom.

Great location, but also loud & hot

This property is very nice. It is small sq footage wise, but fine for a couple (king bed). One must be creative when unpacking, no dresser but small closet & 2 nightstands & small shelf closet in bathroom. It is corporate managed so while the kitchen has pots/pans, crock pot & all cleaning supplies including paper towels. There is no salt/pepper or aluminum foil, etc. the unit is on the 3rd floor & has a great view of the small lake & some other mountains, however, it is a very warm unit (with the heat off). Therefore, sleeping with the windows open is necessary in the winter as well. Unless you like it very warm. Also, remember the fireplace generates heat if you try to use it for ambience. So sleeping with the windows open did cause us to hear all the bar/partying noise until 1:30am. It was winter for our trip but also the week the LSU ski club was visiting (700 college kids), maybe a different week would be quieter on a winter night. The location of the building is convenient for skiing & apres ski.

The property is very beautiful and very quiet during this time. No stores or shops open during our stay besides one little market from what we saw. We stayed here for more than a week and had to call the front desk three times during our stay due to complications with our room. When we first arrived our WiFi was not connecting to our phones and only one TV was working. Come to find out they changed their network and didn’t update the paper that was given when first checked in. The next day we come back to our room to find out there was no hot water. The last complication we ran into was coming back to no power. Comes to find out the power was tripped due to construction being done above us and the contractors were not aware. When contacting front desk about these issues they were quick and communicative throughout the whole process. These things were fixed quickly and we were able to enjoy our trip. Was a bummer that each time we arrived back to our room we would ask ourselves what will it be now. Other than that it was a relaxing trip and the room itself was stocked to make you feel at home.
