LAKE TRAVIS WATERFRONT HOME: Upper and Lower Decks capture AMAZING sunsets on the lake with fantastic views!! This home is located on a deep part of Lake Travis for skiing and recreation. There is a gentle slope to the lake from the house to a private boat dock if you want to bring your own boat and use a neighborhood marina to launch your boat or have a convenient marina deliver your watercraft rental to the boat dock. This is truly the perfect home to make memories on Lake Travis for small or large groups. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and fishing equipment available for you to enjoy the lake at your own risk. For those that have to stay connected, there is free WIFI available throughout the entire home.

INDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: The garage area room has a 55 inch SMART TV with a stereo receiver and speaker system along with a Pool Table, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Mini-Basketball, Air-Hockey, Dart Board, and bar with full size refrigerator and propane grill.

MEDIA ROOM AMENITIES: Includes a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and speaker system controlled with in-mounted iPad control along with poker table, bar, games, comfy dual-reclining couch.

ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds that will accommodate 14 people. There are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. The downstairs bunk room has six twin size bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service.

This home is close to the Texas Hill Country. Visit the Flat Creek Winery/Bistro for lunch or wine tasting then continue to Marble Falls for a fun day of exploring and looking for antiques. Other local establishments include a local golf course, paintball facility, shooting range club and lots of restaurants and stores in the Cedar Park area.

If you "BOOK NOW", we need a copy of your drivers license or passport along with a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of your booking. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE HONORED. Also, VRBO is no longer collecting Refundable Damage Deposits on behalf of the property owner so, there will be a $1,500 Damage Deposit needed as part of your rental terms and conditions.
