Oceanview 2BR/2BA Condo in Oceanfront 'B' Bldg at Myrtle Beach Resort

IN THE SUMMER WE RENT WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. This is a great family resort with many amenities. Your children will love the lazy river, kiddie pool and play area. There is a large LCD TV in the living room. There are TVs in the bedrooms. New ceramic top range and refrigerator. None of the furnishings are the original. Our weekly rate includes everything (linens, taxes, exit cleaning, cable TV, phone calls to U.S., Canada & Mexico, wireless internet service and use of all the amenities of Myrtle Beach Resort). Condo is located halfway between the ocean and the lazy river.
Take your family to the oceanfront cabana bar and grill and enjoy the music!
There is a king bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining bath. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle and we have a roll-away bed and a cot that can be set up in the living room if needed
Between Memorial Day and September 15 we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Norma was very helpful and accommodating. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here. It was a short walk to the beach and all the amenities. We would love to come back and stay here again next summer! Thanks so much Norma!

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful time, the condo was perfect for our family and nicely stocked with everything we needed for the week. We cooked most meals in the condo rather than eat out due to COVID. Norma the owner was so wonderful and made certain we had what we needed. I highly recommend giving Norma a call and booking one of her condos for your next beach vacation

Nice Condo and Super Nice Property Owners!

The condo is nice and just steps to the beach. No crossing highways or busy streets for Access. The kitchen is very nicely furnished with all your needs. Norma is a delightful person and extremely helpful with helping you find good restaurants and things to do in the area. I will not hesitate to rent from her in the future!

FIRST TIMERS

First visit at this resort. We enjoyed our stay. Overall, it had lots of amenities but a few pool and hot tub closures which were a little inconvenient. As for our condo, it was nice enough for the cost. We had a few bumps in the road, but the owner worked with us and resolved some issues promptly and also gave us a small refund for our troubles.

This is a great place for families. I took my 9 year old grand-daughter and she loved it. All the pool areas are a great place for kids. Our Condo had a nice balcony and a view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. It was just as described on Vrbo. Our host was really great to work with. We had an issue with the door unlocking on our last day there,I called her and she came right over and resolved the problem. Highly recommend the place.

Great location and amenities

We stayed for a week in June at Myrtle Beach Resort Building B. B building is in between building A and The Renaissance Tower. Odd numbered rooms face building A Even numbered rooms face the Tower. We were in an even numbered room on the second floor. B building is the best building because it has an indoor pool. Thw other two buildings do not. The outdoor pool at the tower was clised for construction. The lazy river and outdoor splash area is behind building A. The Beach is a short walk from either of the buildings. I slept like a baby my entire stay because it was super quiet. Everything was provided in our room including beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to bring soap, shampoo, and beach towels. Location is within a few miles of Broadway at the Beach and Market Commons. I would definately stay here again.

The condo was a little dirty. The floors and baseboards were dirty. A couple of the cups had dried up chocolate milk or maybe soda in them. The inside of the microwave was not clean. The headboards of the beds were not connected to the beds. The shower head in the 2nd bathroom was very clogged up and needs replaced badly. The cable in the master bedroom never worked properly. One channel only was available. The owner was very nice.

Stressful-non relaxing at unit

The condo was not what was stated online, door missing on room took 4 days to get door on, one twin bed and one voting bedroom with no door. Closet door missing wood chips found balcony chair had nails and I was cut. We had a 2 1/2 yr old that could have choked and got hurt. No discount or incentive was given after relaying this and showing owner. We will not stay here again.

Kid-Approved, Parent-Perfect – We Loved This Condo!

What an incredible stay! This condo was by far the most family-friendly place we've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. It had everything we could possibly need for a beach vacation—sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more. It was such a relief not to have to pack all of that ourselves!Everything about the condo was thoughtfully prepared for families, from the step stool in the bathroom to the basketballs ready to go. The resort itself is huge—33 acres to explore—and the gated community made us feel completely safe and at ease.We loved having the playground just steps from the front door and spent so much time there with the kids. The pools were plentiful and perfect for all ages, and the indoor pools were a great option on the one rainy day we had.The condo's location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach. We also took full advantage of the resort amenities, like the tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes, bocce ball, corn hole, and even the giant chess board!One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying dinner while watching the sunset from the dining table. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The fifth-floor tanning decks were an unexpected bonus—we spent early mornings up there with coffee and cards, watching the sunrise over the ocean.The host was extremely responsive and helpful with every question we had! 10/10

NO OCEAN VIEW, NO SHOWERS

We chose this property because it advertises as an ocean view. It actually faces the opposite direction of the ocean and only overlooks the parking lot. You can not see the ocean whatsoever unless you crane your neck to look out of an interior side window. We only got one of the showers to work with great difficulty and the in suite shower could not be turned on at all despite two adult spending 15 minutes trying. One end of the balcony is piled with beach gear, which has just been shoved over in a mess. We had to spend that first night because we were coming off a 9 hour drive, but left first thing in the morning. We contacted the owner, and told her all of this and she refused to refund our money and sent me a picture of the ocean that she said was the view. She claimed that the showers worked which is untrue. She was dismissive and rude. We had to come up with another week’s rent for another place to stay.Don’t be fooled. This place is awful.We contacted the owner

Great place!

We had a fun filled time! Norma was very accommodating and helpful when we needed it. The pools were awesome and it was a short walk to the beach. My one year old daughter loved all the geese and learned how to quack😂! We would stay again! It was a great vacation. Only thing I was sad about was there was not a lot of shells! But that has nothing to do with the rental. Great location and a great stay!

Myrtlebeach Resort

Our stay was Awesome. The condo is very roomy. It was very clean and ready by check in time. All the amenities were as stated. We had all we needed in a condo. Norma, the owner, was awesome to work with. She was in contact with us throughout our trip just to make sure everything was up to par. We enjoyed our stay and look forward booking with her again. Great place to stay!

We had a great time here. The condo was very cleaned and stocked well, we had more than enough towels for the whole week. There were extra pillows and blankets and the kitchen was stocked well. It was conveniently located just inside the main entrance of the building and next to the indoor pool. The balcony had alot of seating for us all and was nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Norma called me before we left to make sure we had all the info needed to enter and if we needed anything else in the condo. The plus to this resort was the lifeguards on the section of the beach that the resort pays for. The pools were nice, but wished they were open later. We did a ton of seashelling at night. There were lots of things to do off the resort as well and there are tons of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back again.

Family vacation

Overall, we had a good week, despite the Covid limitations. Some of the pools were open; some closed. The condo was good sized, but needs a little attention. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, especially with 2 little kids and all of the related beach gear. The owner was good about supplying us with plenty of beach gear and toys for the kids.

great family destination

we had a wonderful time and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and the ocean. our room was within walking distance and we could sit out on the patio and view the ocean. it was beautiful. it was an unbelievable experience.

Our stay was perfect!

The condo B246 was great! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Norma is great! The condo was in the perfect location. There was a Wal-Mart right across from the resort. We got some groceries and everything else was there for us to use! It was plenty big for our family to all have our own space. Smart tv in living room and bedrooms, which was nice to watch Netflix. The balcony was huge and nicely decorated. She had chairs and beach toys there to use. Short walk to the beach. Our view was nice! It was a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to do. Overall, it was great! Hope to rent this condo again! Thanks Norma!

We love MBR. Norma was great to work with.

The accommodations were nice and the condo was easy to keep picked up and clean. The decor was nicely done but a little dated. The only downside was that the sleeper sofa could use a new mattress. That said, we still enjoyed the space and would definitely rent again.

Great Property

I stayed at this resort years ago and was happy to be able to come back. The rooms are perfect for a long stay. We stayed in building B and the indoor pool and hottub was right outside our room. The kids loved it and wanted to stay in that pool the whole time versus going out on the beach..lol. The condo had everything that we needed and the only issue we had was that there wasn't really any hot water in the master shower. Other than that, it was perfect.

We stayed in condo B246 and had a wonderful time. Owner Norma was very helpful

Beds had new mattresses. Resort had tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, bocce, oceanfront cabana bar & grill, exercise rooms, saunas, kiddie pool & water play area. Kitchen appliances were new. Condo has been well kept. We will be back next year. Many things to do onsite and close by.

Condo B-246 was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. New appliances and laminate floors throughout. We felt like we were at home. We already made plans to go back next year.

We were raised in upstate NY and then moved to California. We purchased this condo to be close to our "East Coast" children and grandchildren and to have a vacation place where they could visit us. Our grandchildren loved the resort and now we decided to share our condo with other families who would like to have a vacation at the beach. We have lived in the condo so it is well equipped. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your enjoyment. We hope you will make this your home away from home.
