First Floor
Recreation Room: Includes a pool table, ping-pong table, shooting arcade, and other fun games. Toys and games are plentiful for all ages!
Second Floor
2 Spacious Master Bedroom Suites: Each suite features a king-size bed and a television.
2 Master Bathrooms in Master Suites: Each bathroom features a large shower. Both are thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and a convenient hairdryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a refreshing and indulgent bathing experience.
Kitchen: Features an open-concept design with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a spacious island that accommodates five people. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a functional and efficient workspace. Additionally, coffee is provided for the drip coffee maker.
Dining Room: The dining room table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Additionally, there is a custom cabinetry area that includes a wine rack and a wine refrigerator. For added flexibility, folding chairs are available to provide extra seating, allowing everyone to join in the conversation and enjoy the meal together.
Living Room: Experience the warmth of a stunning stone fireplace featuring a cozy wood stove, complemented by soaring cathedral ceilings and an impressive wall of windows that invites natural light. For your ultimate comfort, additional extra comforters are readily available.

Bedroom 1: Features a queen-size bed, a full-sized pullout couch, and a television.
Bedroom 2: Features a queen-size bed, a full-sized bed, and a television.
Bathroom A: (Bedrooms 1 and 2 share): Features spacious shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It also includes hand soap and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 3: Features a full-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a television.
Bedroom 4: Features a queen-size bed, a full-sized bed, and a television.
Bathroom B: (Bedrooms 3 and 4 share): Features spacious shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It also includes hand soap and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Loft: A roomy and brightly illuminated area, designed for relaxation and enjoyment. With a comfortable seating area and a game table.

Being in the woods means you may encounter wildlife and insects—it’s all part of the natural beauty here. Occasionally, small critters like mice may try to find their way inside, but we take proactive measures to keep them out. Some guests prefer traps, while others don’t; if traps are set, they’re discreetly placed. As for bugs, they are a part of outdoor life—bug spray is recommended from spring through fall, and ticks are present year-round, so always check after spending time outside.

Weather here can be unpredictable, with snow, ice, rain, and mud during any season. We do our best to keep paths clear, but nature sometimes has its own plans. Rock salt helps in winter, but in extreme cold, the melted water can refreeze. The driveway is plowed after 3-5 inches of snow, but timing depends on road conditions and the plow schedule. If a storm is expected, please park close together to allow for plowing. AWD vehicles are strongly recommended for our region.

Do not put any blankets or pillows near any of the heaters during your stay or when you leave!

This house is on a well and septic. DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. DO NOT put food or grease down the sink drains. Please be conservative of water. Do not have everyone in the house take a shower one right after another.

Do not move any furniture!

Please try to avoid wearing shoes in the house.

Use the screens if leaving the sliders open.

Feel free to use the board games but please put all the pieces back in the correct boxes when done.

Absolutely no parties are allowed

If you break something please let me know so that the next guest doesn’t have to go without.

Do not litter the property. No bottle caps or cigarette butts or other garbage should be found when you leave.

DO NOT throw any glass into the fire pit. Please dispose of all garbage properly.

We request groups to be over the age of 25 or at least the person booking to be over the age of 25. The person booking is responsible for the actions of the rest of the group.
