‘SI FACTURAMOS’ Comfortable 1 Bedroom apartment with a gated garage for a small car, a small backyard and includes access to our breezy rooftop in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Riviera Nayarit, ready to give you a pleasant stay. Building hosts 3 studios plus this apartment in a developing neighborhood. Internet ready for those working remotely. La Manzanilla beach is a 5min drive and the marina is blocks away. Local convenient stores within blocks. Main highway is about 3 blocks away-Punta de Mita-PV. This apartment is on the first floor. On the second floor we also host three different studios. You can find them all under our profile.

We have our own underground water reservoir so running out of water is never an issue for us, unlike the rest of the town and nearby towns .

Our apartment is accessible with no steps in the areas of this apartment except a 2 inch step to exit the patio. The bathroom has handrails that were originally adapted for when my 95-year-old grandfather visited. There are stairs to go to the rooftop.

A/C in the bedroom and turbo blast ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garage. This apartment is on the first floor so it has a nice breeze.

The main highway is about 3 blocks away. Take a right on that main highway and you are on your way to La Manzanilla (5 mins away), Punta de Mita, Litibu Beach, and Sayulita, all within a 30km radius. Both Punta de Mita and Sayulita are 18km (11 miles away). Taking a left on the highway will take you to Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta.

Explore nearby towns such as San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, and Guayabitos.

The Marina at Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a beautiful place to visit. It's a 15 min walk, and you will find great restaurants. Take a tour from the Marina to Marietas Island, do whale and dolphin watching, and practice snorkeling and fishing. AC unit is in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen have a great breeze thanks to our high wind flow model ceiling fans. The garage and bathroom, have one of these ceiling fans too.
