We had a wonderful stay at the Green Diamond Retreat! There was plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the kayaks outside were a nice addition. The property is doesn’t have a lot of green space and is fairly close to neighbors. Not a deal breaker but something to consider based on your needs. We would definitely stay again!

I want to bring to everyone's attention that there is a grass back lot across the road to play yard games in. I have that info in the guest book but maybe a few miss that info. The home is beautiful. Everything we needed was on site. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. The decks are wonderful and it was so nice having a dock on site.

Great place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our week, the small lake was wonderful, and the home was exactly as listed. Every need was thought out by the owner of this place! Beautiful home, with lots of personal space and space for together time.

We had 5 families (9 adults and 14 children) stay together for a 4 night stay. This was an amazingly comfortable and clean place. The grandkids loved being able to run from the back deck and jump right into the lake, while the adult were able to be comfortable on the spacious covered deck with plenty of comfortable seating. For us, it was better than going to a beach area. No driving, piling into the car with wet clothes and sandy feet. Inside space, bedrooms, common areas and kitchen were large and organized well. Plenty of comfortable conversation areas. Sleeping was also spacious, comfortable. Green Diamond exceeded our expectations. Modern and great extras we loved.

Everything was clean and wonderful. Our host was welcoming and even went out his way to put up a Christmas Tree as we had a family gathering there due to its central location for all of us. It was greatly appreciated! Hope to have a chance to gather there again.

Amazing property

This property has amazing space for large groups with very comfortable sleeping spaces that are perfectly separated from the living and activity spaces. Being right on the lake at a prime location provides beautiful views of the majority of the lake with great access for water-based activities. The house has many amenities, a beautiful and functional kitchen and living areas, and is perfect for groups of any variety, from a family gathering to a bachelor party.

Beautiful Lake Home

Everything was fantastic and David was a pleasure to work with. Only thing keeping it from a 10/10 experience would be the lack of beach that it some what refers to in the listing. Not that big of a deal though. Amazing house built perfectly for the ultimate relaxing trip.

Thank you for stay here. The beach is an underwater pea gravel beach Which gradually gets deeper and great for swimming and shallow enough for smaller children to enjoy also.

Perfect location for our entire family to come together and enjoy a vacation. This home is amazing, with everything we needed to make memories... plenty of dishes, everything for meal preparation, multiple refrigerators (18 people need a lot of groceries!) and lots of spaces for family members to gather and hang out. The living room, kitchen and dining room are spacious and bright, the bedrooms had comfortable beds and storage galore and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels (bring your own shampoo and body wash) - well thought out and executed. When we had a question or problem David was quick to respond and solve the issue. We hope to come back and enjoy this location again!

Amazing new property that keeps large groups in mind. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed that we could all sit together to eat. We had 16 in our group. We liked the 2 level lighting and the Sonos sound system. We were right on the lake and rented a pontoon that we were able to dock right at the house. There were also kayaks. We are looking to come back next year! Would 100% recommend.

Gorgeous property, beautiful lake, so much for all ages to enjoy!! We spent the week there with our family ages 3-76 and everyone had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for our 27 family members. The host provided everything we needed from fully stocked kitchen to dish soap, plenty of towels and wash cloths, toilet paper, trash bags, kayaks…the amenities were fabulous. We took a boat which was so much fun to tube and ski. Even the neighbors were nice! We had an absolutely wonderful 5 nights there!! The only downfall were the flies (which they provide lots of fly swatters) and mosquitos at night made sitting outside hard to do (bring mosquito spray). The hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with us…BUT the host was amazing at responding to our concerns and sent people out immediately to check things out. David definitely wants his guests to be well taken care of! We would definitely love to return here again!

Kara you was a wonderful guest & glad your family enjoyed the stay. The hot water issue has been fixed thanks for bringing it to my attention. The one water heater was faulty & has been changed. I have also added 2 outside ceiling fan to the lower patio to help move air & hopefully help with the mosquitoes that are by the lakes but yes mosquito spay would definitely be a good idea. Absolutely beautiful home. We had a family of 22 and everything we needed was at our fingertips. David was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that has a group. We have already booked for next year.

This house had plenty of space for our group of 17. It is beautiful and functional. We were right on the lake and having a dock allowed us to rent a pontoon for a few days. The lake is nice and quiet but does allow for tubing and skiing from 10-5. This is our second stay and plan to return next summer!

My family had a blast on our lake vacation this week. The accommodations were perfect. Besides me, there were four of my children's families made up of 19 grands and there was just the right amount of space for us to sleep, eat and play. We loved the two balconies! Some played games on one and someone else might be taking an afternoon nap on the other. The kitchen was a nice size and we appreciated the long bar for setting up our buffet each evening. The three kayaks were always in use and we rented a pontoon, which we used numerous times each day for fishing, taking it to other lakes to jump off and swim, or just tooling around the different lakes. It was great having large refrigerators on both floors and two sets of large stacked washer and dryers. We definitely want to return to Green Diamond Retreat!

Stayed there with our extended family, it was a wonderful house. Everything was very clean and new and well kept. There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was very good at communicating in a timely manner. It is on a nice quiet lake and the people around there are very friendly. If you're looking for a home to accommodate a large group of people, this is a great place.
