Direct lakefront, three bedrooms, two baths on an all sports lake. Lake Wawasee is the biggest lake in the state of Indiana. There are three boat dock spaces on the pier. The pier is great for fishing and has a ladder for those that want to swim off of the pier. Lake house comes with an all equipped gas grill and fire pit. Lots of parking with eight spots total. Three restaurants located on the water. Restaurants along with movie theaters, grocery stores, and ice cream shops all located within 10 minutes of the home. Boat landing located one minute away from the house so it’s easy access to put in and pull out boats, JetSki’s, etc.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed spending time at the lake. The house appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean. Check in was easy and the neighbors were welcoming. Always enjoy being on the lake.

We love this lake house! It is the perfect getaway and location on beautiful Lake Wawasee! The owners thought of everything to make this a seamless vacation from the beautiful home to the wonderful kitchen and updated bathrooms to the perfect pontoon boat ready to go right out to the lake! It is a gem and we want to come back as soon as we can! Thank you!

Very nice property on Lake Wawasee. I would give it 5 stars but for the dock which is sorely in need of reinstallation. The second bedroom is quite small and, in my opinion the bed reeds repositioning.

Good afternoon thank you for the review. Dock has been repaired. There was a loose holding brackets on one of the sections. The bed in the second bedroom has been repositioned actually it was moved by the guest before this one, but it’s been repositioned back in place.

The house and location are phenomenal. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. You are on the lake and the view is amazing! The owners are super nice and very accommodating. Book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely Lake Getaway

Perfect place for a low-key girls trip getaway with friends. We enjoyed the view and back porch, played games at the dining table and had plenty of room to relax. A quick walk down to a charming park with picnic tables and boat launch. Quick drive a great restaurant (the pier& back porch) in Syracuse. Planning a trip back with the family when the weather is warmer!

Nice house and location

The house is located on a nice quiet corner of the lake. It is a very nice size house with plenty of space and plenty of beds. The floors were dirty on check in and we had to vacuum the house. The pontoon is very nice and reliable. It was hard to keep in place at the sand bar with the style of anchor.

Really Nice Vacay Stay!

We had great communication with our host throughout our stay. We stay in several rentals during the year and some at we’ve found can be a bit rough around the edges or not fresh feeling. However this place was very nice, well updated, well furnished, and very clean! Our kids enjoyed fishing and playing out front. The pontoon was a real highlight for everyone. It was a nearly new SunTracker that was in really great shape. We enjoyed the location on the Lake Wawasee as it was toward the quieter end of the lake and provided some really great sunset views. All in all a really great family vacay that we won’t soon forget!

Wonderful Stay at Lake Wawasee!

Location, location, location: the three most important considerations for rental houses. This house is in a great location, on the quiet side of the lake, close enough to the public boat launch to use. The house has a grand pier and boat dock for fishing, swimming, sunning and boating. Philip has a large pontoon boat available for rent. We loved Philip’s house! The best parts were the deck and the room with expansive windows overlooking the lake. Most days found us enjoying either or both as weather permitted. The VRBO photos truly represent the house and grounds. There is parking for 3 or 4 vehicles. The house and yard were clean, neat and tidy with modern kitchen appliances, and plenty of dishes and flatware. A bit light on kitchen utensils, but Philip said they were adding the items we noted. Nice sized TVs and stable internet service were much appreciated. We had good communication with Philip. He promptly responded to texts and emails.

Host communicated clearly and consistently from time of booking and even after exit. Coming as the season was ending, the Host let us know the boat would need to be brought in, but was able to delay the dock being taken out until we arrived and had an opportunity to walk out and see the lake- bonus kindness! Versatility, Cleanliness, supplies, space, layout, amenities on arrival were exactly what we were looking for in our rest vacation. The Host was available for questions, checked in to see if we needed anything and spoke very highly of the neighborhood and desire to be an excellent Host. With one negative situation out of the control of the Host and nothing to do with us as guests, the Host met the situation and stopped it before it became a challenge, resolved it - the proactive assurances added to the already anticipated re-booking for future visits. Thank you for your professionalism, thoroughness, proactive communication and for ensuring the rest that was needed could be achieved and beautiful memories can be shared. Highly recommend this Host based on this experience and this location as it is beautiful.
