***Update January 2025 Pool is open and area is open for business, many people are enjoying our beautiful beaches*** This Large top floor weekly rental corner unit is perfect to relax on your vacation! inquire for detailed weekly and monthly rates. This is the only unit at Mariners Pointe that has water views from every room, our guest have spotted manatees, dolphins, and a variety of birds and fish from their balcony. The enormous master bedroom has beautiful water views a king size bed, smart tv, oversized chair walk in closet and a brand new fully remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. The kitchen is open to the family room, there is a full size garage, washer and dryer in the unit, and a large balcony overlooking the waterway with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table with two chairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed more beautifully water front views and smart tv. We provide free beach equipment and toys. Heated pool, grill and the local trolley bus stop is in front of the complex! Located on the great Indian Shores Indian Rocks Beach Neighborhood! Walk to the beach and enjoy all we have to offer. Watercraft rentals are just a short walk away and a convenience store next door! Cleaning fee $200, booking fee varies according to type of payment, Tax 13%

Beautiful holiday location

Our stay in this property in Ocean Shores was overall excellent. Loved the location , the intercoastal view from all rooms was very calming and comfortable. The condo was spacious and well stocked . The only little problem was the unexpected roof renovations on day 3 of our stay was a little interruptive However, the host was apologetic and offered to compensate, we were happy with outcome I will definitely look forward to staying in this beautiful holiday location again

Beautiful Place ... Roomy and clean.

We so enjoyed our stay at your place. We had a hard time with the lock box upon arrival, but managed to figure it out. The condo is very roomy and clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice vacation place

Very nice, clean and well equipped with necessities. Only issue we had was the 2 flights of stairs. We would love to go back but get the bottom floor condo.

All Around Amazing

My family and I chose this unit based on previous reviews and the pictures showing the view of the intercoastal. We couldn’t have been happier! We enjoyed seeing manatees, dolphins and a variety of birds from the amazing balcony. That view though- just beautiful! The walk to the beach was perfect as it is just across the street. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas were great as well. We would definitely enjoy coming back to this area and this unit!

Beautiful Stay

We very much enjoyed this condo! The property was very clean and well appointed. The view is fantastic and the manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Beautifully appointed condo on intracoastal and across the street from the beach

This second floor condo is extremely spacious and decorated beautifully. There is a large drive-under garage with beach toys, floats, chairs, tent and a wagon to transport it all. Our son enjoyed fishing from the pier, which was just outside, as this unit is the one closest to the intracoastal. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful views. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. This is a gem!

WONDERFUL ! Didn't want to leave !!!

I have to agree with a previous email/reviewer, I'm reluctant to write this review due to the fact that perhaps this wonderful condo wont be available the next time I want to return! The condo is wonderfully appointed and has everything that visitors would need! There are water views from both bedrooms; beautifully appointed from the kitchen amenities to the entertainment features and the extremely convenient washer & dryer. But... the views of the marine life on the inter-coastal and the very very short walk to the beautiful beach are the most attractive features of the lovely condo to me! There are also wonderful and fun restaurants that are within a few minutes walk! We cant wait to return! Also,... you wont find anyone at any property management group more helpful or friendly than Ms Hilda L. with the Ambrosia- Berkshire Hathaway Property Management Group! I cant wait to return! If you want a great place to stay, THIS IS IT!

I hate giving away this secret

On arriving and opening the door my seven year old son (who is a seasoned traveler) gave his review "This is as nice as a five star hotel". The pictures of this unit are exactly what you get. The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, bright and quiet! The furniture and everything about this property was a step above what I would expect from a rental. The public access to Indian Rocks Beach is less than a block away (beach is very private). In the garage there are beach chairs and toys galore and a trolly wagon to get them to the beach. Every night my wife and I sat out on the balcony that overlooks the intercoastal and watched the tides roll in and out. There were plenty of birds and porpoises to see which just added to the relaxing atmosphere. This was such a relaxing care free vacation spot. I hate to share this review as I am afraid the next time I want to book it will not be available. Additionally I would like thank the property manager Hilda that helped us with this booking. She is a gem. She herself was going on vacation the week we were to arrive but she made sure we were all set and let us know that if we needed anything we could call her. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Spectacular place!! Nicer than any other beach condo I've ever visited

I was looking for a deal online for a last minute get away to one of my favorite beaches in Florida and found this condo, one word to describe is spectacular! I can't believe I found it for such a deal. The location is great right next to the beach, fully equipped, and the water views are beautiful from every single room in the house, I could not have asked for more, probably the best one in the complex. I was surprised to get two bikes for my use throughout my stay...turned out to be an awesome way to get around as there are restaurants, boutiques, and very cool bars like Muhaffers just a stroll away although I did walk to some of them!. Kayak rentals are just down the street and stand up paddle boards too. Can't wait to go back next year, Thank you!

Romantic get away

My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days just to recharge our batteries and reconnect. Clean, quaint and classy were on our wish list for accommodations and from the moment we opened the door we were blown away. It had the feel of a luxury hotel suite yet with every convenience right at our finger tips. The towels, linens and bedding exceeded our expectation as did the views and privacy. We took advantage of everything from riding the bikes to walking to the restaurants after spending a few hours on the beach which is literally two minutes away. We've travelled a lot and know how rare it is to find a rental unit of this calibre. We weren't over sold, simply awesome!
