Enjoy the view of the Intercoastal Waterway from private balcony of this beach condo. This 1,100sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 4 and is perfect for a family vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped and will make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king bed, ROKU TV with cable app and en-suite with a renovated step in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a ROKU TV with cable app. The 2nd bathroom is a shower/tub combo. No need to overpack since this unit comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Quiet Waters has a private fishing dock/pier perfect for an avid fisher or to sip your morning coffee or dolphin watching.

Sun, sand and water are steps away accessible via Quiet Waters semi-private beach access. This unit also comes equipped with beach toys, cooler, umbrellas and much more!

A heated swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ grill are waiting for you after your day at the beach for added enjoyment!

Your experience is most important to us - you’ll find basic supplies including detergents, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. to accommodate your stay.

9 day stay

This is a great location and has pool, dock and quick/easy access to beach. Trolley means we do not ab e to bring a car. Fun, relaxing and everything needed. Quick responses to questions.

Our second year staying here! Love the location! Easy access to the beach, ample parking, quiet building, lots of amenities in the unit, and a short drive from amazing dining options! We will be back!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Julianne war super, sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, war sehr sauber. Alle erdenklichen Strandsachen (Stühle, Strandtrolley, Bodyboards, Strandpavillion und Sonnenschirme) sind vorhanden. Die Anlage insbesondere der Poolbereich ist top gepflegt, die BBQ-Ecke ist toll, der Gasgrill super. Es gab in der gesamten Anlage kein Ungeziefer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Indian Shores.

We love Indian Shores

This condo is in a great location for us, we have family in the surrounding area so we can visit them and be near the beach. The condo is wonderful and so is the property host Julianne! Having the private beach access right across the street is great! We used the beach wagon that was available for guest and it made our trips to the beach much easier. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Condo right across the street from the beach. It was very clean. It also had everything you need for the beach. Our host was amazing!!! She answered every question I had. I highly recommend Quite Waters for your next stay

Family stay

Property is great location - something for everyone. We have stayed before and enjoyed them as well. I don’t need a car as Uber and Trolley get me everywhere I want to go.

Beautiful condo!!

Listing photos are exactly what you get! Quiet Waters is a clean, well maintained building and grounds. We met a few neighbors, but never heard anyone once we were in the unit. Julianne was prompt in all communication and resolved any issues we had quickly. She provides a really nice air mattress that beats most sofa beds in past condos. We also enjoyed the use of the tent she provides with 20+ mph winds the week we were there. Easy access to uncrowded beach is just across the street!

Fantastic Location! Highly Recommend

Julianne is a fantastic host. She is very responsive and so thoughtful when stocking this unit. This condo has everything you could think of; from Small appliances, and an air mattress, to bug spray and beach towels! We were very happy with the cleanliness of the unit, and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The top floor offers ocean views and a public seating area. The pool is also heated and gets shaded by early afternoon, which is great for cooling off! The beach access is just across the street! The beach was never super busy, and sometimes we had it all to ourselves! We can't wait for our next trip!

Beautiful unit & great host!

The unit it beautifully decorated with extras! Being on the first floor and location was close to pool. It was great to be so close to the beach less than 2min walk! The pier was beautiful to watch boats on the water. It was also great the host had all beach items them to use! Would def recommend this spot!

Disappointed - Not a Relaxing Stay

Upon arrival, surprised to see a big trash shoot running down the condo from the roof & half the parking blocked off with trucks. Not a pleasing sight as a first impression. A neighbor told us it was a 2 month roofing project, said “nobody informed you?” Ugh, no. 2nd issue - the bed linens were dirty/very stained. We sent the host pictures of the linens & she agreed it was, in her words, “disgusting”. She remedied the situation by sending new linens, which we had to launder ourselves late at night, remove dirty linens, and make the beds. Next morning at 7am, awoke to very loud roof scraping & materials being dumped down the shoot to a dumpster. We ended up leaving the condo at 7am all week to escape the noise. Didn’t use pool, amenities due to this. The noise finally subsided the last two days of our stay. We understand roofing needs to get done- just would have appreciated a note on VRBO so we could have made a different choice. The condo was okay otherwise. Beach access was just across the street. Overall, a very disappointing stay & stress we shouldn’t deal with on vacation. Would most definitely have booked a different condo!

Great condo

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay in this condo. Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet resort. The swimming pool and hot tub were great!! My husband enjoyed fishing off the pier. Highly recommend this condo!! You will not be disappointed!

Clean, responsive host and photos represent what you get.

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores. The location was VERY convenient to the beach, condo was clean and there was plenty of parking. Initially I chose this location because the Host was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area; turns out she lives nearby, which I also took comfort in. The interior condo pictures are 'spot' on with regard to the layout, rooms, furniture and overall appearance. The condo had all the basics, including cable! I appreciated having old-fashioned cable so I wasn't forced to stream. The kitchen dishes/pots/pans/ utensils all looked rather new and matched (matched!!). Kitchen was well organized so you could see what was in each drawer, no hunting for a spoon. My son lives in Tampa so we wanted something relatively close; however, it seems nothing is close when you must drive. I didn't realize how many cars are ALWAYS on the road in Tampa. I'm from the Charlotte area so I thought I was used to traffic, turns out I wasn't used to Tampa traffic. So next time we go to Tampa we plan to enjoy more of the beach and less of the roads.

Family vacay review

Wonderful location. Access to dock on the waterway, pool and across the street from beach offered something for our whole family. Using the Suncoast trolley that was near was great. Communication with the owner was quick and landed quick results. We hope to visit again soon.

Nice condo. Clean. Fast response from owner when I had question. Beds comfy. Easy parking. Pool clean. Will use them again. Also 1 floor upso used stairs and didnt have to wait for elevator.

My family had the pleasure of booking a vacation rental in Indian Shores. From start to finish, our hosts delivered exceptional service and exceeded all my expectations. Communication with the property owner was effortless through VRBO's messaging system. The owner was prompt, friendly, and willing to answer all my questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transaction. It was evident that VRBO values open communication and fosters positive relationships between guests and hosts. Now, let's talk about the vacation rental itself. The property I booked through VRBO was nothing short of fantastic. It was impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The accuracy of the listing on VRBO was spot-on, and we were delighted to find that it exceeded our expectations upon arrival. We would love to come again!

Vacation

Overall the condo was an excellent choice. We loved the location with a very short walk to beach, that doesn’t have public parking , so it was not crowded at all. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella , and beach wagon which is very nice when you fly into Florida. The only concern was the construction, which is discloses on the site description, but it didn’t not mention the balcony was closed. Certainly would have been a game changer when booking.

Beautiful peaceful apartment, well equipped

The apartment looks exactly as in the photos. It is located on the 1st floor to the rear to the inner costal waterways. Street noise is almost inaudible. The amenities are very comprehensive. Julianne is a grrat host and solved both our problems with the access code and the bedding immediately and uncomplicated. Very comfortable additional air mattress. It is only a few steps diagonally across the street to the sea. The pool was very pleasantly heated. Free parking in the shade under the building was also pleasant.

Great Location

Clean and comfortable in a terrific location. Short walk to the beautiful beach, Caddys, Lulus ice cream, bike/boat rental. Beach supplies and kitchen with plenty of pots/pans for cooking. Great communication with host.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and well organized. The furnishings were extremely comfortable. The views from our balcony made for a relaxing vacation. Looking out over the pier to the water was fabulous. It was a short walk to the beach. Right across the street. The condo was equipped with everything you need. It made packing a breeze. Our communication with the owner was wonderful as she was quick to reply to all questions. We will be back!!
