Our home is minutes from skiing at Gunstock, concerts at BankNH Pavilion, Weirs Beach, shopping, restaurants and much more.

The space
This charming townhouse comfortably accommodates guests with:
- Master Bedroom: QUEEN bed with cozy linens
- Second Bedroom: Full TWIN bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Living Area: Relax with the Roku TV and enjoy easy streaming access.
- Full Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Enjoy climate comfort with 3 mini-split heat pumps throughout the home. The back porch/sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the townhouse and all shared community amenities, including:
- Private lake access with a sun deck and water trampoline
- Swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts
- A community fire pit for cozy evenings
- A clubhouse with ping-pong tables and bathrooms

Free parking for up to 2 vehicles (no assigned spaces; trailers/motorcycles prohibited)

Other things to note
Starter Supplies:
We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

Just a friendly reminder: Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Signage is posted at the entrances, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Pool Update (May / June Bookings)

There are 2 pools in the Samoset community. The main pool and deck (shown in listing photos) are being fully replaced by the HOA and are not expected to reopen until approximately Memorial Day, with a possible delay into June if inclement weather delays the project.

Guests will still have access to a second pool which differs in size and appearance.
