Panoramic views of the beach with a beautiful tropical decor for you. Every window reveals a stunning ocean view. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony while watching for the dolphins, then relax with a cool drink as the sunset melts into the water. Soothe your soul with ocean breezes and sea spray.

Your safety is our priority. Security is provided 24/7/365 on the fenced and gated property. Access is gained by entering your code into a keypad to open the gate.

The luxurious king-size bedroom, living room, dining area, and full kitchen are beautifully decorated for you. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, crock pot, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The living room has a comfy recliner to relax and enjoy the view. The balcony has two chairs and a lounge chair.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included from March to October. However, lounge chairs are available around the pools free of charge all year. From November to February, we leave a pair of chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet.

Your parking is directly outside the building. No long walks from across the street. With two elevators, there is no waiting in line, plus our elevators are fast. During the busy season, parking passes are limited to one per condo. If you bring additional vehicles, you may be forced to park extra vehicles off-site at your own risk.

Our HVAC unit has a UVC light that reduces bacteria, viruses, odors, and mold spores in the air and on surfaces.

Any blanket, throw, or sheet in the condo has been washed in hot water and dried between guests. A COVID-19-approved disinfectant is used on hard surfaces, kitchen, bathroom, and the soft surfaces are sprayed with Lysol. My dishwasher has a sanitizing option for our guest's safety.

If you prefer to dine out, a gate with keypad opens directly from our property to world-famous Pineapple Willy's.
