Community pool just a short walk from chalet. *****Usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 9th. Pool hours 9AM-10PM. Of course, these dates and hours are determined by the HOA association board, and I have no control over the opening and closing of pool. I cannot guarantee hours and dates!*****But honestly have never had any issues with it being open when it is supposed to be. Periodically Pool has to be closed down due to routine maintenance. This does not happen often, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

****MAXIMUM 2 dogs allowed. Please discuss with us breed of animal before booking to get clearance. Pet fee of $125 per dog will be requested. Non shedding breeds ONLY. Please clean up after your dogs. If more cleaning has to be done than normal, you will incur an extra cleaning fee.

*****Minimum age to rent 25 years old
*****PARKING at chalet is limited to 3 regular size vehicles or 2 oversized trucks/SUVS. Please see parking photo in pictures.

***Please note the House will be stocked with a STARTER SUPPLY only of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, garbage bags, clothes detergent, etc. If you anticipate needing more, please plan accordingly.

*****HASSEL FREE CHECK-IN!!! Chalet uses keyless entry. One day prior to your arrival you will be messaged a key code that will be specific to your family. This code will be used to enter Chalet. Address and other pertinent information will also be included.
