This quaint getaway also features WiFi, central AC & heating, washer & dryer for guest convenience on an acre of outdoor space with ample parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. Book now and enjoy everything this farmhouse has to offer.

This comfortable and well-appointed property is the perfect base for your beach vacation, family getaway, or coastal adventure. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Bedroom 3: Twin XL | Additional sleeping option with sofa bed in Living Room.
The home offers modern / updated bathrooms: Master bath (en-suite): Full bathroom with shower/tub combination | Main-floor bath: Full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The home comes with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, featuring refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We also provide essentials like cookware, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table or dining table with plenty of seating for everyone.

Unwind in our inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable/streaming services, and Wi-Fi access. Perfect for family movie nights or just relaxing after a day at the beach.

Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on our private 1-acre yard, including a dining patio with outdoor seating, screened-in front porch and a fire pit area for enjoying s'mores and camp-fires in the evening.

For your day at the beach, we provide 7 beach tags and parking pass for easy access to the Sea Isle City Beaches. The parking pass allows for free parking anywhere in Sea Isle City, so you don't have to pay the meters.

Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. (The additional cottage and outbuildings are inaccessible to guests).

We are available via phone or email for any questions or assistance. We respect your privacy but are happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities to enhance your stay.

Other Things to Note:
* House Rules: No smoking inside, No parties or events, Quiet hours after 11 PM to be respectful to the neighbors, No pets.
* Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out time is 11AM. Check-in/out procedures will be communicated a week in advance of your stay.
* Sea Isle Beach Tags and Parking pass need to be left in the house basket on check-out.
* Linens are not provided, if you wish, rental of linens can be provided through a service at an additional charge.

Vintage farmhouse feel with an updated interior! Clean facilities and helpful amenities. Lovely stay for our family! Would recommend bringing Keurig Pods if you are coffee drinkers.

We loved the house, it has a very comfy, cozy farmhouse feel. We were there when Hurricane Erin hit so we were thrilled that it didn't affect us at all. Everything was perfect, had a great time with our family. Would have been better if our dog had been with us but we understand that not everyone wants animals in their home. Thank you Tom for renting your beautiful property to us! We loved it!

Wonderful beach stay

We loved this property, plenty of comfortable space for everyone. We enjoyed the farm house charm and the private yard. We had family fun, playing Yahtzee at the dining room table. We also enjoyed family meals at the dining room table. Everything worked and was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. We definitely want to return. It is five minutes from sea isle city. Close to everything but you feel so private and away from everything. Check in and check out very easy. The parking pass and beach tags were a wonderful addition Thank you, for sharing your house with my family!

Great stay

We stayed here for five nights with our family and really enjoyed it. We could drive into Sea Isle in 10 to 15 minutes even during busy hours. It felt peaceful while still being close to everything.The home had plenty of space with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. It was clean.The included sea isle beach tags and parking pass made things smoother. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The living spaces were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. This was a great spot for a family beach trip. We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The please fit my family perfect! The yard is private and large! The host goes above and beyond!! There was an issue with the washing machine. So the day I reported the issue, the host ( himself) was out there with another one hooked it up and removed the old one! Without interfering in our vacation at all! We will definitely stay again! It’s mins from the beach and there everything you need most moments away, don’t pass this one up definitely worth it!!!
