This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, drug-free property. Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $500 charge.

🌞 POOL HEATING
The pool is heated from October to February for an additional charge. Please ask us about current rates when booking.

🕐 LATE CHECKOUT
Checkout time must be strictly observed. Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a penalty fee.

Air Conditioning Guidelines
To keep the AC running efficiently during summer:
✅ Set the thermostat to a moderate temperature, allowed between 72 and 80 degrees.
✅ Do not lower the AC by more than 20°F below the outside temperature (e.g., if it`s 92°F outside, keep it at or above 72°F).
