The Space:

Traveling with a large group is easy at the Coastal Retreat, a lively getaway just 2 miles from the sun-drenched shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Perfectly situated, you’ll be just minutes away from a variety of restaurants, shops, and charming local businesses. Guests can stroll to nearby favorites like Juice Habit for refreshing smoothies and delicious acai bowls or Haus Coffee Shop, a cozy café by day that transforms into a wine bar at night. Largo, the home city, features more parks than anywhere else in the Tampa Bay area, offering endless opportunities for outdoor fun and community events.



But the best part? You can create lasting memories right from the comfort of the house!



This spacious retreat is designed for comfort and enjoyment. With four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, you'll find hotel-quality bedding, ceiling fans, and Roku TVs for ultimate relaxation. The expansive living room invites everyone to gather, featuring a plush sectional and three oversized bean bag chairs, ideal for movie nights or casual chats.



Step into the newly renovated backyard and experience your own slice of paradise. The heated saltwater pool boasts a soothing fountain, sundeck, and playful bubbler, while the 8-person hot tub offers luxurious relaxation. Multiple seating areas, including sun loungers, a fire table, a dining table, and bar stools, ensure there's space for everyone. Challenge your group to games like cornhole, mini bowling, or outdoor Jenga, or test your skills on the putting green. Inside, the game room is a favorite for kids and adults alike, featuring a popcorn machine, a 5-in-1 mini pool table, a 2-player dance game, and arcade classics.



Sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate everyone:



- **Bedroom 1:** King bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

- **Bedroom 2:** Queen bed and full bed with an ensuite featuring a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

- **Bedroom 3:** Queen bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle bed.

- **Bedroom 4:** Two queen beds on the second floor.



The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, equipped with various small appliances like a toaster, air fryer, crockpot, hot water kettle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. Essentials such as beach gear, towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and some snacks are provided, allowing you to kick off your vacation stress-free.

Other Things to Note:

This is a 2 story home with 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) located upstairs and 3 steps down into the backyard. Living room fireplace is for decoration only.



There is a fee of $35 per day to heat the pool. It must be heated for all or none of stay.



There is no ac in game room. It is the garage



Please note the thermostat is set to not go between 68 degrees and won’t go any lower than this.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pits on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.
