Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin and apologize these issues affected your stay. We typically provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We weren’t made aware that anything was missing until after you left. Had we known, we would have been happy to have our cleaner bring them by. Our apologies that the arcade wasn’t working as expected. In promptly responding to your few request, we provided a few troubleshooting suggestions. When those didn’t resolve the issue, we stated that we would contact the vendor for repair, although, as discussed, it was Labor Day weekend and scheduling him on short notice was unlikely. While the arcade is a fun extra rather than an essential cabin amenity, we do our best to keep everything in working order and were disappointed we couldn’t get it resolved during your stay. It has since been repaired. We also accommodated your request for a late checkout so you could enjoy a little more time at the cabin. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue working to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
