Step into the living room that leads to a private balcony, perfect for taking in beautiful shoreline views. The living space also includes a convenient twin-over-twin trundle bed for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for your stay, including stainless steel appliances and a dining table for enjoying meals together.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Twin-over-twin bunk beds are located in the hallway, making great use of space for families or small groups.

Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay just steps from the beach in this cozy Gulf Shores getaway.

Take a refreshing dip in the Royal Palms' outdoor pool, indulge in the comfort of the heated indoor pool, or unwind and soothe your muscles in the inviting hot tub. Grills are available, ensuring a delightful cookout experience for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Stay connected throughout your stay with free WiFi, ensuring you can share your beachside memories with friends and family.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

There was actually a lot that happened during are stay. One we had to deal with fans cause of the leak they had 3 floors up, first night we had no hot water, 3rd day we had maintenance just walk in and saw me naked! 7th day we had another incident with maintenance just coming in to change the furnace filter. Every morning around 6am we heard a truck backing up with is warning backup alarm. Every night sound like a mouse/critter was living in the walls. Plus the people upstairs were loud party 24/7. If anyone would ask me I highly recommend them to stay somewhere else!!!!

I’m very sorry your stay included so many disruptions — the leak and fans, no hot water the first night, unannounced maintenance entries, ongoing noise from upstairs, early-morning truck alarms, and possible critter sounds in the walls are unacceptable. We take these matters seriously and I’ve escalated everything to our operations and guest services teams to investigate and address: - Inspect and repair the source of the leak and confirm plumbing and hot-water systems are fully functional. - Review the decision to place fans and any mitigation steps taken. - Investigate the maintenance entries, reinforce our access/notice policy with staff, and take corrective action if protocol wasn’t followed. - Schedule a pest-control inspection for the wall noises. - Work with onsite/building management about the recurring loud parties and the early-morning truck alarm to reduce disturbances. - Review your stay for any appropriate compensation. Please share any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. Again, I’m sorry for how this impacted your stay and appreciate the feedback.

We had wonderful time. Our time at this unit offered everything that we wanted from a golf shores vacation. Waking up and having a direct view of the ocean and the beach was a wonderful way to start each day. It felt private enough, yet was just a 5 minute drive from the main strip with stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Dishes in cabinets are dirty and stained, (especially coffee cups) baseboards or dirty and dusty, as was the fake flowers on dining table, light in master bath dull and one bulb out, (should use LED bulbs or change fixture) can't see to shave, water drips in master shower, had to clean B&D coffee maker as it was plugged up and ran all over counter, Keurig coffee maker has not filter, and it too was plugged up with coffee grinds and would not work until I cleaned it. Need detail written instructions on use of TV's and what channels are available. No tissues supplied. I was overcharged because I was charged to two car passes and I only have one car with 2 adults using the property as on my order form. I also was refused early check in when the unit was empty all the week prior. The clerk in the office of Liquid life was a little rude as well when asked about early check in and 2 car charge. I will NOT use Liquid Life in the future nor recommend them.

The stay was great. Very clean and it was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls enjoyed the bunk beds even the trundle bed one night. Great access to the beach and great location. Very easy to follow directions to get into the room. Very cozy feel for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so clean, there was even flyers on the beds saying the beds were inspected. I highly recommend this condo. The location was also great, secluded, not alot of people. I do think a different coffee table and kitchen table would be better for families with smaller kids. But if thats the only downside then thats fine. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!
