This superb property boasts 4 cozy bedrooms - 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, Two of the king bedrooms have attached bathrooms and large screen tvs are in the 3 king bedrooms. With the 4 bathrooms featuring a mix of bathtubs and showers, guests will feel right at home. The lower level living room offers additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is also a wet bar and small refrigerator there. The main floor has an open floor concept, with a custom kitchen, fireplace, and many windows to enjoy the view of the Hills. This is our year round home, so it has a well stocked kitchen with plenty of small appliances.
After a long and fun day of riding, this quiet property offers a great place to kick back and relax. With a 1000 sq ft deck on the main level and a 1000 sq ft patio off the lower level, the spectacular views will call your name to sit and relax! Wildlife is abundant, with occasional sightings of big horn sheep! This property is new in 2024 and has a new hot tub set up on the deck to enjoy the great view. With 2 Traeger pellet grills and a Blackstone griddle, cooking is (almost) enjoyable!
I have set this up for 8 days at $1200 per night. If you wish to stay for 9-11 nights, the cost will be a $10,000 for the entire stay, Most people do not bring pets to the rally, but please contact us if that is something you are interested in doing.
