At Gold Dust Manor you'll stay in a 4 bedroom / 3 bath home (3900sf, 3+acres)located only 1 mile from Deadwood, South Dakota, 7 miles from Terry Peak Ski Area and only 48 miles to Mt Rushmore! Attached oversized garage for your use with paved roads. 6 person Hot tub, gas fireplace, wi-fi, 106 Inch HD Theater, 2 large flat screen TV's, pool table and bar. House living area over 3800s/f. Large front and rear decks, gas grill with fantastic views.
It even has it's own pond (swimming NOT recommended). Nice smooth lawn. Master bedroom has twin rain head shower. Sleeps up to 14 on mattresses with 3 Queens, 2 twin over full bunk beds and 1 new full size sofa sleeper with memory foam topper. Huge laundry room with supplies if needed. Please check with us for groups of 12 or more before booking. All paved roads and close to highway.
I am flexible about legitimate cancellations and will always assist in rebooking or refunding 100%.

There is a high chair in bunk room closet if you need.

Pets are generally allowed, but must be approved at time of booking.
So please ask before you bring a pet. I’ll want info of their size, breed and how many. If you do bring them, I ask that you keep them on leash when off my property. I have 3 acres for them to run. Cats are also generally allowed. Please be aware a fee may be requested for your pet.

My staff offers concierge services at your request. Please contact me for information if you’re interested.

Peacefulness at its finest.

Everything was perfect. There were plenty of instructions when in doubt and plenty of needed amenities. Randy was absolutely the best.

Black Hills Cabin/House

Great place to stay at, had everything we needed. The property manager Randy was very helpful he reached out again after we checked in to see if we needed anything. Our family of 9 had an enjoyable Thanksgiving get away. Close to all the attractions would highly recommend.

Great Location and property!

Our family had a great stay! The kitchen and living area are very large and very open, great for a family gathering. Easy access on paved roads in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was well supplied with all items needed for a great stay.

Weekend golf trip

The house and location was wonderful!! Close to town but not in town, had wildlife in the yard the entire weekend, and the location allowed you to relax and enjoy the black hills beautifully!! Awesome trip and property... would like to do it again!

Wonderful house, great location

This is our 2nd time staying here. The house has lots of room for our group and everything we need with a short drive town. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife right in the yard.

Nice Family Christmas

We rented this home for a Christmas celebration with multiple generations of family and it worked very well. The owner was great to work with obvious care for the quality of the experience.

Beautiful Home!

Our stay at this home couldn't have been better! Beautiful location with plenty of room to spread out. Close to Deadwood but very quiet and peaceful. We had no issues with the home and Randy was great about communicating to us before we arrived. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome getaway!

This cabin was beautiful! Deer roaming around the house morning and evening. Wonderful location, close to town but far enough in the country, that it is peaceful. Great communication from the management of the residence. They have done an excellent job making the stay here most enjoyable! My wife loved it! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Almost ideal.

Great secluded location. Decent amenities. Non-functioning ice/water dispenser which should have been mentioned...would have saved us an extra trip to purchase water and bagged ice.

The fridge water and ice water line had leaked a few days before their stay. It took a few days to get a plumber out and it’s been fixed.

Beautiful home and area!

Randy is very easy to work with and responds very quickly if you need to contact him. The pictures need to be updated for the listing (no work out equipment), but the house is beautiful! The kids loved the wildlife they saw in the yard everyday we woke up! We would definitely rebook this house!

Family fun get away

The house was located in a beautiful area very close to Deadwood. The grounds were well kept and very green and pretty. The large house was adequate for our family of 10 with large common area, kitchen and dining area. The house needs some minor repairs. Master bedroom was very comfortable, although pet stains in carpet. The other 2 bedrooms had small uncomfortable beds. The downstairs bunk bed room was great for kids as well as huge play area. Our contact Randy was absolutely great and our check in was seamless. Overall it’s a great large home that is perfect for families and I would rent again.

Just to clarify Linda’s comment… The other 2 bedrooms have the exact same size beds (queen beds)as master as well as the same mattresses. Only 1 bedroom. with smaller beds is the kids bunk bed room (2 twins and 2 doubles). Those were NOT pet stains but bleach marks from previous spills, etc. All carpets are professional shampoo and washed every 4-6 weeks as long as we have time to let them dry between guests stays.

The house is beautiful and served our multiple family needs very well.

The home was clean and well stocked. We had some trouble with wasps nests (lots of them), but we did not contact Randy until after our stay. He said had we contacted him, he would have taken care of it. I recommend if you are staying here, you should call Randy if you have any issues and check the grill and garbage at the beginning of your stay to make sure that the previous renters did not cause any problems that could cause issues at your checkout.

I appreciate this review. Had I been informed of ANY problems from the moment of arrival I would had it rectified within a couple of hours. There were no issues at checkout except I had asked the renter a couple of questions which they reluctantly answered. I ask in my arrival letter to let me know if there are any issues but heard nothing from this renter. The issues they FINALLY shared with me were ALL taken care of within 4 hours after they told me. I take any problem with my property very seriously and want my guests stay to be perfect. Randy

Labor Day Weekend

We stayed at this gorgeous property over Labor Day Weekend. The location is amazing with easy access to all that the Black Hills have to offer. The house was beautiful and seemed to be well-maintained. It wasn't immaculately clean, but clean enough with quality linens and kitchenware. The property didn't have much for games/movies or anything like that for children, so bring your own. We saw deer daily and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Randy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Thankfully we didn't have any issues that needed his attention during our stay. We definitely would consider staying here again!

Sorry this renter didn’t check the draws under theater equipment. There are at least a dozen or more DVDs for kids and adults and games in closet and bookcase in the same area. All they had to do was ask. There is Dish service as well and movies on demand.

Manicured lawn. Spacious driveway. The kitchen was modern featuring modern appliances - electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. It had a large dining room that could seat 12 people. The bedrooms were super nice, particularly the master bedroom with a his/her sink and a his/her shower. There was a downstairs playroom with a pool table and entertainment center which also had bedrooms. This was a first-rate house.

106 Inch High Definition 1080p Theater Room with full surround sound and tons of seating. You can lay the futon down and have a larger then king size bed to lay on in from of the theater. We also have a pool table, ping pong table, hot tub and full amenities down to the coffee and soaps. 42" TV in master suite and 55" TV with surround sound in living room. Direct TV service and easy accessible wifi.
