Two bikes included during your stay to enjoy cruising the island! Open living area with a NEW 55” ROKU Smart TV and Queensize sleeper sofa and day bed with Ocean Views from the living room and kitchen. Light and airy kitchen is well-equipped with new quartz countertops, new stainless appliances with French door refrigerator, slide-in electric range and Keurig coffee maker. PRIVATE screened in balcony perfect to enjoy the panoramic view or relax after a day at the beach or pool! Take in the ocean breezes with morning coffee or evening cocktails! The condo also features a new washer and dryer in the unit, new King size bed with 40" ROKU Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. We also have a Wireless Printer in case a little "work with a view" is needed! Just outside the unit is a storage box with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and pickleball equipment for your convenience during your stay. The condo is located by the pool and new beach access boardwalk. There are many amenities on the island including Tennis and Pickleball courts, Putting green, Fitness Center, large community pool with kiddie pool along with outdoor grills, fishing/crabbing docks and bike rentals. The unit is on the first floor ensuring quick access to the condominium pool and 2.5 miles of pristine white sand beach! Harbor Island is a peaceful private island located only 2 miles from Hunting Island State Park and Beach with several local restaurants and shopping close by including markets with seafood caught just off the local waters. Beaufort is about 16 miles away with access to lots of shopping with several major grocery stores and wonderful restaurants in beautiful Historic Beaufort. We strive to be the best!
