The Space:

With just over 4,000 square feet of interior living, 7 bedrooms + 7 full baths and 1 half bath, tons of outdoor living space and unmatched amenities, this is one special vacation experience! Most of the home's outdoor living space has been built out around the world-class, heated saltwater pool and spa that includes a water park-like water slide that descends from the second story of the home into the enormous pool below. The pool also has a swim up bar top with 8 umbrella shaded seats, a sunning deck with loungers, poolside basketball hoop, a huge sun shelf with loungers and an array of bubblers and lights that your kids will love playing in. After a quick swim around this water park of a pool, you'll find yourself in the tranquil, covered outdoor living space offering a wet bar, 3 TVs, outdoor grill, plenty of soft seating for comfort, an outdoor dining table for 14 plus a high-top bar table for 10, and ping pong. It's really an amazing vibe and outdoor space, and there are large outdoor fans throughout all the patio spaces for added comfort. These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).



This home sleeps 18 people comfortably in beds. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for convenience and privacy! It was built with your vacation in mind! The great room includes the kitchen and butler pantry, dining, and living areas. Once the food is ready, you'll have a multitude of dining options to enjoy, from the exterior areas already discussed to the interior dining options perfectly situated in the great room space. The great room also houses the oversized living room with a media center (80+ TV), and just off this space is a large, covered balcony with ample seating with pool, Sabal Lake, and South Siesta Village views. This balcony allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of your family playing in the pool, fish and birds in the lake, or music and fun nearby in the village! One level up you'll find the home's club room with a movie room, air hockey table, and wet bar. It also opens to another balcony with all the same atmosphere as the balcony below, just with better views of the sunset skies due West!

Ground Level:

The main staircase and elevator access to all levels is here, along with free parking for up to 6 vehicles (3 covered and 3 uncovered). In the garage, you'll find the beach equipment provided, 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 4 bikes, and 6 beach chairs. We also include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. The backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply) is fully fenced and includes the resort style pool with giant waterslide and most of the amenities listed above in the initial summary.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

The home's great room is on this level with the fully stocked kitchen and butler pantry that collectively include 2 sinks, 4-burner cooktop with exhaust hood vent, double oven, 2 full sized refrigerator and 1 freezer (with ice maker), nugget ice maker, 3 sets of trash and recycling bins, 2 dishwashers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dish-ware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The kitchen is set up perfectly for you to host your family or to support private in-home catering services that our team can help you arrange through one of our preferred vendors for an additional cost. Additionally, the interior dining area has a custom-built dining table for 14, plus bar seating for 8 at the kitchen island, and balcony dining options for 8. The balcony also has ample soft seating options. The living room provides comfortable custom furniture and a media center (80"+ TV w/Soundbar). Bedrooms 1-4 are on this level. Bedroom 1 is the home's large master bedroom that overlooks Sabal Lake and the pool area. It provides balcony access, a king bed, a dedicated workspace, and an en suite bath that includes an oversized vanity with double faucet trough sink, and a large shower with free-standing bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are king suites that feature balcony access (Bed 3 has a private balcony), a king bed, storage closet(s), and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 is the home's bunk room featuring 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds (queen/queen and twin/twin), and an en suite bathroom with a large vanity with double faucet trough sink, and a shower/bathtub combination. It's perfect for young children, teens, or adults! There is also a half bath that can be easily accessed from the great room or the great room balcony for easier pool access, and a laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

On this level you'll find the club room with movie room that seats 6, Nintendo Switch gaming console, air hockey table, wall scrabble, wet bar with ice maker and beverage refrigerator (ice maker), trash-recycling pull-out, and immediate access to a balcony with lots of seating and pool and lake views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this level (Bedrooms 5-7). All 3 bedrooms are king suites that feature a king bed, storage closet(s) or built-in closet systems and dresser, and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has balcony access, and Bedroom 7 has an en suite bathroom that also can be accessed from the club room as it also supports that space.



The Rooftop Deck:

This rooftop space provides regular and bar seating, two umbrellas and open Gulf views. It is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing perch overlooking all of Siesta Key.



Getting Around:

It's perfectly located steps from all South Siesta's restaurants, entertainment, shopping, markets, marina, and more; and, a short walk or shorter bike ride from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so a car is not needed! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
