Ground Level:

Features covered parking for 2 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating another 2 vehicles depending on size; it also features the Pool Area, Covered Patio with Sunken Living Room and Dry Bar, separate Bar top with seating for 12, BBQ, and the main entry Foyer with Elevator and stair access to the home's 2 Living Levels above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features the Great Room with a Large Kitchen, Dining Area with a Dining Table for 10 people, bar Seating for 5, and a Living Room with a Smart TV and ample seating as well. There are also 2 Balconies on this level. The front Balcony has tables and chairs, and peaking Gulf views down Columbus Drive. The rear balcony overlooks the Pool, and it features an Outdoor Seating and Lounging space. There are 3 Bedrooms on this floor including the Master Bedroom. The Master features a King Bed with 'his and her' walk-in closets, and an oversized En-Suite Bathroom with Double Vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate Shower and free-standing Bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on this level, each featuring King beds, Smart TVs, and En Suite Bathrooms with Walk-in Showers.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Features a Club Room with a Wet Bar that has Bar Seating for 8 people, a Living Area with large Smart TV, Gaming Consoles - Nintendo and PS4, and Balcony Access with views of the city, Siesta Key Beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. There are also 4 Bedrooms on this floor; Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 feature King Beds, Smart TVs with En Suite Baths, and Walk-in Showers. The final Bedroom, Bedroom 7, is the Bunk Room with 2 Full over Full Bunk Beds and an En Suite Bath with a Shower/Tub combo that is shared with the Club Room.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
