Dunbar Retreat is the perfect escape, offering ample parking for your trailers and vehicles—no need to worry about space!
Step inside, and you’ll find warm pine wood throughout the home, reflecting the beautiful Black Hills. This charming retreat is designed for your comfort. A total of three bedrooms, all with king beds and two full bathrooms. Not to mention - the hot tub! It’s nestled privately under the deck, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Dunbar Retreat features three spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable king-size beds, plus two roll-away beds for extra guests. With a full bathroom on each floor, everyone will feel right at home!

The upper level boasts a cozy great room with a fold-away dining table, a living area, and a kitchen that opens up to a large deck with a grill and outdoor seating. Perfect for enjoying the fresh air! Plus, there’s even a doggie door leading to a safe dog-run area!

Unwind in the hot tub located on the ground-level patio after a day of exploring the beautiful Black Hills. With plenty of parking for trailers and a location just off I-90, you’re close to all the attractions, including:
• 6 minutes from Piedmont, SD
• 19 minutes to Sturgis, SD
• 14 minutes to Rapid City, SD
• 33 minutes to Deadwood, SD
• 45 minutes to Mt. Rushmore

Entire house. No access to the garage (possible exception could be made for certain large Black Hills events). Please inquire.

I am local and available as needed. Access to the house is provided with a code for a lock box.

The home is located in a neighborhood. We ask that all of our guests be respectful of that. We have quiet hours and speed limits to keep you happy and safe during your stay.

Parking is limited to ONLY the driveway of this property. DO NOT park in roadways as we provide ample parking to the guests that we are hosting.

We strongly recommended all-wheel or 4-wheel drive in winter months for your safety.

We have a strict NO PARTY guideline! If you are found having a party, parking on roadways, or being noisy and disruptive, you will face fines from the HOA and be removed from the property without a refund.

-**Children`s Items: We have some additional children-related items, such as a jogging stroller and a pack-n-play that can be delivered before your stay. Please reach out to set this up.
NO PARTIES: If a party occurs, you will be subject to fines for additional cleaning charges, as well as any penalties for violating HOA rules. You will also be responsible for any extra costs incurred for the management team`s time spent on property assessment and clean-up efforts.

SPEED LIMIT: this is family friendly housing development. DRIVE slowly and keep everyone safe.

QUIET HOURS: limit noise after 9 pm so that those living in our development can rest peacefully.
