Great property and perfect for what we were looking to use it for. The river access is really beautiful and made for a lovely morning walk. The hot tub was not clean nor working, that was a bummer. Thanks for an otherwise great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, and was the perfect fit for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The home was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still offering a peaceful and scenic setting.

Hot tub wasnt in operation when we stayed however there was a pass provided to use a hot tub and pool that was very nice. They had a double garage and big driveway so parking was no issue. The property is nestled on a very pleasant plot of land next to the snake river with a hiking trail that runs along it. The gameroom downstairs provided lots of entertainment for us throughout our stay as well. 11/10! Would reccomend to family and friends anytime!

Property looked just like it did in the photos. Only thing missing was shampoo in a few bathrooms and the hot tub was out of order. Things happen. It was overall a great stay

Luckily there is a beautiful clubhouse and with a tub and outdoor pool down the road that our guests have access to! We had a great visit in Keystone. The house was right on the Snake River and you could hear the river when you had the windows open. There is no AC but we didn't need it at all because it cooled down so much at night and there weren't really any bugs so that the open windows didn't matter. There are lots of stairs so be ready for that. When we got there, the refrigerator had developed an ice dam at the bottom. I emailed the management team and it was fixed within 24 hours. I think a previous guest had set the temperature incorrectly.

Some repairs may need to be done. Windows are hard to open because the cranks are broken. Some electrical work needs done. Musty smell upon entering. The dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Directions to pool were a little confusing. Overall nice property. The close proximity to the river and trails was wonderful. My grandchildren enjoyed being able to have their own space, yet there was ample room for the entire family to gather. All in all, the property met all our needs and more.

The property is serene, peaceful and we loved sitting in their massive decks listening to the creeks. The pool and hot tubs were just a minute drive, kids fished in the creek nearby, and we played a lot of pool and ping pong. Its a massive house, just super dated. Minor things like stuck doors, and a slippery bathtub. Overall, the property and size were so much better than staying closer to town, as those tend to be very cramped. We had a fabulous stay!
