The home features two inviting bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, complete with a nightstand that has cell phone chargers and a closet, and the other with two comfy twin-size bunk beds. An additional couch bed in the living room offers extra sleeping options.

The bathroom includes a sleek shower with a glass door and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, and a hairdryer, along with other essential amenities. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the closet for your use.

Additional Information/ House Rules:

- Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds outside our cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance through VRBO for any unexpected changes to your reservation.

- Pet Policy: We love furry friends! Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and trained. There is a shared walkway and 3 private fenced in yards for each home on our property. Please do not leave pets unattended in the home that have separation anxiety or bark excessively as it will disturb other guests. Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items caused by their pet. There is a $250 fine for pets that urinate or defecate inside the home.

-Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed outside with windows and doors closed. There is a $500 fine for smoke odor detected inside the home.

- WiFi: Stay connected with our high-speed internet. Please note that connectivity may fluctuate during seasonal changes, such as monsoons.

- Fire Ban: During fire season, Prescott may have fire restrictions in place during fire season. Let's respect these rules and refrain from having bonfires in the area.

- Prescott Living: Welcome to Prescott! Embrace the local wildlife, including Arizona beetles, lizards, and wild javelinas. Remember to stay hydrated in the summer heat and be prepared for snowfall between December and March. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

- Our home is professionally cleaned between each guest by a trusted local cleaning service.

- Guests are responsible for lost or stolen items. If you notice any broken or missing items, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address them before our next guest arrives. Let's work together to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

- Check-out time is 10 AM, and check-in time is 3 PM

- There is no parking/access on the main road; the parking lot is located at the back of the property from the alley.

- We have a pack 'n play and high chair available for infants; please request these prior to your stay.
