Sleeping arrangements

This townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Upstairs, you'll find another primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The "Star Wars" and "Harry Potter" themed bedrooms, each equipped with twin beds, will delight the kids and provide a fun, imaginative space to sleep. Additional features

For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit, so you can pack light and freshen up your clothes throughout your stay. The townhouse is also equipped with essentials like towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper to ensure a seamless experience.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
