Tucked away in the heart of McCall, this charming cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Just one street away from Ponderosa State Park, and only 1.5 miles from downtown McCall, you’ll find endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, no matter the season. Davis Beach is just 1 mile away, making lakeside days easy and accessible.

This cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features central air conditioning—a rare perk in McCall! We`re also dog-friendly, so your furry companions are more than welcome. Heading to the lake? You`ll have access to paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, and toys, making water adventures even easier.
Also enjoy the BBQ Grill.

This well-maintained cabin is thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Featuring three inviting bedrooms, each with cozy bedding and ample storage, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
Downstairs, you’ll find a queen-sized bunk bed in a spacious room that promises restful nights after a long day of outdoor exploration, plus a queen pull-out couch in the common area. Upstairs offers a private room with a queen-size bed and another with a king-size bed. An additional upstairs common area has a queen pull-out couch—great for kids or extra guests. We’ve even provided a Pack ‘n Play for your little one.
The heart of the cabin is its open-concept living area. The two spacious living rooms offer a comfortable space for everyone to gather—whether it`s for conversation, playing games, or watching TV. One living room is equipped with a Smart TV, and the other boasts a cozy firepit, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Vaulted ceilings and radiant floor heating ensure comfort year-round.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the basics for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. With a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a range of cooking essentials, meal prep is a breeze. Whether you`re brewing your morning coffee or trying your hand at some Idaho-inspired dishes, the kitchen has you covered. The breakfast bar and dining area (with two benches and four barstools) provide ample seating for group meals.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire cabin and its amenities. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private patio for a leisurely outdoor meal. The private hot tub seats 8 and is perfect for stargazing after a day of fun. The fire pit (just bring your own wood) is a great place to gather and share stories under the stars.
The driveway is extra-large, with parking space for 3 full-size trucks pulling snowmobile trailers and more. There`s also room for trailers and even an RV with full hookups—plenty of space for all your gear, toys, and vehicles. In the winter, the driveway is plowed for your convenience, though 4WD is recommended.

Please note that we have an EV charger, but the charging cord needs to be brought by the guest.

Please do not chop down any trees and branches or gather wood from the property for fires.
Kindly bring your own firewood to use in the fire pit. We appreciate your help in preserving the natural beauty of the area!

Inventory includes:

- 2 Adult Paddle Boards
House Rules:
1. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am.
2. All guests must be included in the reservation; extra guest fees may apply if applicable.
3. No smoking allowed. No burning of candles, incense, or open flames.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Linens are provided for guest comfort only and are not to be used for cleaning or any other unintended purposes.
6. Mail and packages: Receiving mail or packages without prior consent from the host is not permitted.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. Any removal or misuse of furniture or kitchenware can result in additional fees.
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

WAIVER & LIMITATION Limitation of Liability: The Guest expressly agrees to assume all risks and acknowledges that the Host shall not be liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or harm that may occur, either on or off the premises, during the term of the reservation. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, all areas and amenities provided by the premises such as the gym, clubhouse, business center, playground, swimming pool, hot tub, or any other common or recreational areas. Loss or Damage to Personal Property: The Host shall not be responsible for, nor shall the Host assume any liability for, the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, belongings, or valuables of the Guest or any other persons on the premises during the stay or left behind after the reservation. DISCLOSURES Security Surveillance: The Host maintains an active exterior security camera that is constantly recording both audio and video. The Host may monitor and review these recordings to ensure guest safety, property security, and compliance with house rules. This camera is located in an exterior location and will not infringe upon the private living spaces of the Guest. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action. Acknowledgment and Consent: By proceeding with the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and consents to the aforementioned terms and disclosures, and agrees that such acknowledgment shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the reservation and additional remedies as allowed by law.

Nice place for family

We enjoyed our stay here and were surprised by the hide a bed up and downstairs. The property manager was very quick to respond no matter what time of day. Check in/out was quick and simple. We would definitely stay here again.
