Tree Fern Escape is a cozy and comfy getaway just minutes from the Volcano National Park. This 3 bedrooms, 2 baths charming property, has gorgeous hardwood floors, newly furnished with large private backyard. Large enough for big families, cozy enough for couples.

Large master bedroom with lots of windows, beautiful garden views and it's own private lanai. Two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms.

Great room with kitchen, dining and living areas and large covered lanai perfect for relaxing, dining and entertaining outside.

Newly remodeled kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances!

Large 50 inch flat screen TV and Free WiFi.

Tree Fern Escape is furnished for an ideal Volcano getaway with everything you need, including a full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and new comfy beds and linens. Along with the beds, there is also a queen size air bed and a twin size fold-out futon. Located just 5 minutes from the National Park and 2 minutes from the village.

Please ask about active duty military and Kama'aina rates with valid ID.

This charming house in Volcano offers three cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed, perfect for a wonderful stay. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind after exploring the area. What a gem - very comfortable, clean, well appointed home with everything one could need and more. Loved feeding the birds in the mornings. We really enjoyed our stay on this side of the island.

Very convenient location for seeing all of the Park! We were able to catch part of an eruption. Stayed there twice in 2 weeks with different family members….good for both kids, young adults and Grandma. Loved the touch of birdseed on the porch to bring in those Saffron Finches and Kalij Pheasants!

Perfect size and configuration for our family of 5 adults. Location was excellent for where we planned to visit. Amenities were good and it was nice to have coffee and mist condiments provided.

The house was in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds and chickens. The house was decorated very nicely with cute decor. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens and towels for our stay. The house is just a few minutes away from the entrance to Volcano National Park. We missed the latest eruption, but got to experience all of the tephra that came down in the area! We would stay here again!

Great rental property. Just right off hiway only 5 minutes to volcano national park! also so close to restaurants. Would definetly stay here again, perfect size and has everything you need and more. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood with privacy! You won’t find another place with so much for the price!

Our third visit to this cozy cottage and once again everything was perfect! It is so comfortable and well supplied. The first couple days were warm enough to have breakfast on the lanai with the birds, the next two we stayed inside by the fire. We spent every evening at the volcano watching the amazing lava flow. Booking was easy and the host replied promptly. We’ll be looking forward to another visit!

This property is beautifully maintained inside and out. Every amenity that you can think of is available. It is obvious they put a lot of thought and attention to the comfort of guests. The kitchen is perfect, well organized, with everything one needs to cook any meal. The lanai furniture is comfortable, a lovely space for watching birds, relaxing, outdoor dining. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return to this lovely place.

The home was perfect - exactly as described and better than expected! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and everything we needed to clean up as well. There was even a cooler available for us to bring a packed lunch into the national park! It really felt like home, not just a sterile rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable - we all slept so well in the cool weather and appreciated the cozy bedding. Mahalo for your hospitality!
