Our vacation rentals operate differently from a traditional hotel, and the housekeeping schedule depends on the length of the stay. This information is outlined in the reservation confirmation sent at the time of booking, and it is also reviewed and acknowledged during check-in when the registration form is signed. We regret that, despite these communications, the level of service was not what you were expecting. We are also sorry to hear that your request for trash removal was not handled as you had hoped. While our team follows the housekeeping schedule included with each reservation, we understand that you were traveling with your elderly parents, and we recognize that this situation could have been handled with greater care.
