This cozy apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a prime location. Just a few meters from the waterfront, you’ll be steps from the ocean and surrounded by leisure options, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The building is undergoing construction in certain areas, which may cause noise during the day within permitted hours. Thank you for your understanding.
The kitchen is practical and modern, equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, and a water purifier—providing everything you need to easily prepare your meals.
In the bedroom, you'll find air conditioning, a 42” Smart TV, an ironing board, and an iron—bringing together comfort, entertainment, and convenience in one space.
The bathroom is complete and functional, featuring an electric shower, bidet spray, exhaust fan, and a hair dryer, ensuring well-being throughout your stay.
The condominium offers excellent infrastructure in its common areas, carefully designed to provide comfort and well-being to its residents. The laundry room is equipped with modern machines that make the washing and drying process easier, ensuring convenience for everyone.
