Welcome to your Dallas stay!
This one-bedroom apartment is set up for comfort and convenience. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with fresh linens, and the bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower. In the living room, the sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, making it easy to host an extra guest. We’ve also stocked extra blankets and pillows so everyone feels at home.
You’ll have what you need for everyday living: a coffee maker with the basics, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. Step out onto the balcony for some fresh air or head down to enjoy the outdoor pool and fitness room. Free parking is included for your convenience.
The apartment is just 5 minutes from downtown Dallas, so you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, but also have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.
House Rules
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances
• No parties; quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM
• Guests and pets must be included in your reservation (violations may result in cancellation or a $200 fee)
• Please only flush toilet paper and don’t tamper with the WiFi or Ring doorbell

The apartment is right in Deep Ellum, one of Dallas’ most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. What I enjoy most here is the energy—there’s always something happening, from live music pouring out of local venues to colorful street art around almost every corner.
I love walking through the area and discovering new restaurants, craft breweries, and coffee shops. There’s a mix of history and modern culture that makes Deep Ellum feel authentic and full of character. The best part is you can enjoy the excitement of the neighborhood, then come back to a comfortable apartment to relax at the end of the day.
